It appears as if NASCAR has had its fill of Kevin Harvick's antics, The Buzz has learned.

Following the completion of the Pepsi 300 NASCAR Busch Series race Saturday at Nashville Superspeedway, rumors surfaced in the garage that NASCAR was planning to suspend Harvick from at least one Winston Cup Series race, and that during that suspension Kenny Wallace would man the No. 29 Goodwrench Chevrolet.

When asked, two sources close to the situation told NASCAR.com that there was validity to the rumor, and that NASCAR was planning to announce the suspension Sunday morning at Martinsville.

Harvick's suspension stems for his response to NASCAR's order to park his truck after spinning Coy Gibbs in Saturday's Craftsman Truck Series race.

Harvick and Gibbs tangled on the track, then continued to scuffle over the next several laps. Gibbs spun Harvick one time exiting Turn 4. Following a caution on Lap 188, Harvick spun Gibbs in Turn 2.

NASCAR had enough, black-flagged Harvick and parked him for the day. Harvick parked his No. 6 Chevrolet in front of the series hauler near pit road. He was told to report to the NASCAR hauler and met with series officials following the race.

Harvick is currently under probation for all NASCAR events stemming from his post-confrontation with Greg Biffle in the Busch Series race at Bristol. At this time, it is believed there will be no further penalty of fines from NASCAR for the incident.

Harvick was fined $15,000 and placed on probation until Aug. 28.
