DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- NASCAR officials announced Friday that drivers Brian Rose and Dennis Setzer, crew chief Danny Gill and crewmember Ron Keselowski have been fined for infractions during and after the June 29 GNC Live Well 200 at The Milwaukee Mile.
Rose, driver of the No. 4 Perry Connection Dodge, was fined $1,000 for actions detrimental to stock car racing (Section 12-4-A of the 2002 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series rulebook), "...hitting another competitor's truck after completion of the race." In addition, Rose was placed on probation until Sept. 25, 2002.
Setzer, driver of the No. 46 Acxiom Chevrolet, was fined $500 for "actions detrimental to stock car racing, intentionally causing a caution condition during the event (Section 12-4N). "

Gill, crew chief of the No. 46 Morgan-Dollar Racing truck, was fined $500 for "actions detrimental to stock car racing" and for "having parts or equipment in use during an event that do not conform to NASCAR rules, having more than one radio in the truck (12-4Q)."
Setzer threw a radio out on the race track late in the event as he was being approached by the race leader to be put another lap down.
Keselowski, a crew member of the race winning No. 29 Power Stroke Ford driven by Terry Cook, was fined $1,000 for "actions detrimental to stock car racing," for being a passenger in or on the race truck.
The infraction occurred following the event, prior to NASCAR officials taking control of the vehicle for the post-race inspection (20B-17D).
