Waltrip and his crew chief for two of his three championship season, fellow FOX Sports broadcast crewmember Jeff Hammond, unveiled the No. 17 Tide Dodge Waltrip will drive at Indianapolis in Daytona International Speedway's Victory Lane during the pre-race show for the NWCS Pepsi 400.

At Martinsville Speedway in April, Waltrip made his first competitive NASCAR start since he retired from driving after the 2000 Winston Cup season. In the NCTS Advance Auto Parts 250, Waltrip drove the No. 17 truck from the Melling Racing stable, qualified 18th and finished 34th after the truck's rear end failed.

The Pepsi 400 broadcast is the last this season by the FOX crew. The NBC/TNT partnership takes over for the second half of the schedule next weekend at Chicagoland Speedway.
