Geoffrey Bodine to sub for brother at MIS

BROOKLYN, Mich. -- Geoffrey Bodine will drive the No. 26 Discover Card Ford for brother Todd in today’s Sirius Satellite Radio 400 in Michigan.

Todd will compete in this afternoon’s Busch race due to a contractual agreement. Rain shortened last night’s event to just 86 laps.

“I am really excited for Geoffrey today,” said Todd while in Kentucky. “The team has a great driver at the wheel today.

"Yesterday I climbed in the car to practice the No. 26 and I have to admit, he had a great set-up under the car for me. He’s already had a good qualifying run for us and I have no doubt that he will have a great finish for us. Geoffrey is a true champion and I wish him all the luck today.”

Bodine has an impressive record at Michigan. His score card reads two poles, one win, seven top-five finishes and 13 top-10s.
