Harvick wins Hardee's 250 at Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. -- Kevin Harvick won the Hardee's 250 at Richmond International Raceway. It is his second Busch Series win of the year.

Scott Riggs finished second, and Tony Raines was third. Michael Waltrip and Scott Wimmer rounded out the top five.

"Scott Riggs probably had the best car," said Harvick, who pancaked his Chevrolet against an outside wall out of a turn late in the race. "We felt we had the second- or third-best car, but I was trying too hard."
