SONOMA, Calif. -- NASCAR Winston Cup racing is all about statistics, and numerology.

Sears Point Raceway staged its first NASCAR Winston Cup race in 1989, the inaugural Banquet 300, which was won by Ricky Rudd.

Since then the 1.99-mile Napa Valley Wine Country road course has been re-branded Infineon Raceway, but its early summer Dodge/Save Mart 350 has continued to create a sizeable log of statistical nuggets.
