Lap 334: Checkered flag. Tony Stewart has won the UAW-GM Quality 500!

Lap 333: White flag. Tony Stewart leads.

Lap 328: Tony Stewart finally passes Ryan Newman after a fierce battle.

Lap 324: Tony Stewart is on Ryan Newman's back bumper.

Lap 315: Tony Stewart has cut into Ryan Newman's lead significantly.

Lap 299: Ryan Newman leads after pit stops cycle through, though he has short-pitted. Tony Stewart is in second place.

Lap 293: What should be the final round of green-flag pit stops for the leaders begins.

Lap 268: Ryan Newman pits due to a vibration.

Lap 239: Green flag, restart. Tony Stewart leads.

Lap 235: Tony Stewart wins the race off pit road. Rusty Wallace picks up another penalty for speeding on pit road; will restart at the end of longest line.

Lap 234: Yellow-flag pit stops.

Lap 232: Kurt Busch's tire goes down and he hits the wall again, hard this time. Caution is out.

Lap 230: Kurt Busch scrapes the wall. No caution yet.

Lap 214: Green flag, restart. Bill Elliott leads with Tony Stewart in hot pursuit.

Lap 206: Yellow-flag pit stops ensue. Bill Elliott wins the race off pit road.

Lap 205: Caution involving Todd Bodine and Elliott Sadler. Sadler has heavy damage.

Lap 202: Jimmie Johnson is back up to sixth place after restarting 17th and has the fastest car on the track..

Lap 173: Green flag, restart. Tony Stewart remains the leader.

Lap 169: Jimmie Johnson decides to pit, but misses his stall. He re-pits and will restart 17th.

Lap 168: Caution. Robby Gordon gets into the wall; damage to right side of car.

Lap 165: Green flag, restart. Tony Stewart leads. Matt Kenseth restarts in 16th place.

Lap 162: Matt Kenseth heads to pit road to try to fix issue with power steering.

Lap 160: Caution involving Elliott Sadler and Mike Skinner. Skinner hits the wall; Sadler spins.

Lap 158: Tony Stewart remains the leader after pit stops are complete.

Lap 149: Another round of green-flag pit stops begins.

Lap 131: Tony Stewart takes the lead from Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 117: Series leaders Matt Kenseth and Kevin Harvick have a close call while racing hard for eighth place.

Lap 95: Green flag, restart

Lap 90: Jimmie Johnson leads after yellow-flag pit stops.
