B. Labonte takes second consecutive Texas pole

Bobby Labonte captured his second consecutive Texas Bud Pole Award on Friday, taking the top spot for Sunday's Samsung/RadioShack 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Bill Elliott, running a very limited schedule this season, qualified second and his Evernham Motorsports teammate, Kasey Kahne, qualified third.
