Another Mears takes a pole at Indianapolis

No. 41 Dodge will lead field to green flag for second week in a row

Casey Mears earned his second Bud Pole in a row Saturday, taking the top starting spot for Sunday's Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Mears broke the track qualifying record. He toured the 2.5-mile oval in 48.311 seconds, an average speed of 186.293 miles per hour. Ward Burton will share the front row with Mears after clocking in at 48.546/185.391.
