NASCAR.COM's Mark Spoor reports on Sunday's Golden Corral 500, won by Dale Earnhardt Jr. Junior's win vaulted him to third in the Nextel Cup standings.

Despite spinning out while entering pit road early in the race, Matt Kenseth rebounded to finish sixth and retain his hold on the point standings heading into Darlington.

NASCAR.COM's Mark Spoor reports on Sunday's pre-race driver's meeting, including the introduction of golfing great Arnold Palmer.

NASCAR's Mike Helton continued to lay down the law on language, saying the organization will pay any FCC fines but would be reimbursed.

In addtion, pit road will remain closed following a caution until the field is closed up, as a safety issue to keep drivers from feeling like they had to speed to catch up.
