Here are our responses to some of your most recent inquiries about NASCAR collectibles:

Q: I have a Press Pass VIP '03 Dale Earnhardt Jr. card that says "Sunday Glory" at the top, card number is 26. Could you please tell me what this card might value at? -- Lacy

A: This is a common base card. It is worth $2-3.

Q: I have two Dale Earnhardt cards. One is a Wheels High Gear Busch Clash from 1995. The second is a Wheels High Gear Dale Earnhardt card that has all his stats on the back. I was wondering how much they might be worth? -- C. Williams

A: The Busch Clash card is a good one. It's worth $15-20. More information is needed about the second card, but if it's a common card, the value would be $3-4 at best.

Q: I have a 1992 Bill Elliott MAXX sample card. I have not been able to find a price on this card. Can you help? -- Laura

Please remember to be specific when describing a collectible -- manufacturer, year, etc. Limit your questions to two and check our archives before submitting an inquiry.

A: This card came with both a black and red border. Each version is worth $10-20 in good shape.

Q: I have an Action Racing 1:32 scale Dale Earnhardt Jr. No. 3 AC Delco 1998 Monte Carlo car. It's a limited Edition, 1 of 5000. I'm just wondering what it might be worth. -- Julie

A: A little bit of a discrepancy on info here, so I'll give you two quotes. There were actually 12,000 of they standard 1:32 scale car made. It's worth $50-75. The '98 Dale Jr. Gold 1:32 car had a production run of 5000. It's worth $150-200.

Q: I have an 8" x 10" chromium card of Alan Kulwicki. It is from 1994 Maxx and had his stats on the back. It is one of 25,000. I also have a 14-card Kulwicki commemorative chromium set from Maxx 1994 as well. I had to collect the cards as inserts. What are the values? -- Raymond

A: The 8" x 10" card is part of the three-card MAXX Premier Plus Jumbo Set that also included Dale Earnhardt and Davey Allison. It's worth $5-10 in mint condition. The 14-card Kulwicki set was included in the 1994 MAXX Premier Plus set as inserts. A set in mint condition would be worth $15-20

Q: I have a Harry Gant radio control car. It runs on six "AA" batteries. I don't have the radio. The size of car is 4" x 8 1/2". I just wanted to know what it's worth . I also have a Dale Earnhardt No. 3 Wrangler car that is the same as the Gant. -- Johngennai

A: Not having the radio controls takes a huge chunk out of the value. I'd appraise the Gant car at around $5. The Earnhardt car without the controls would be worth maybe 8-10 bucks.

Q: I have a 1996 Terry Labonte No. 5 Kelloggs Chevrolet Racing Champions Premier Edition 1:24 scale die cast stock car with opening hood. Please tell me how much it's worth. -- Vikesfan

A: A pretty good retail car here. It's worth $25-40.

Q: I have a Jeff Gordon Coca-Cola racing hat by Chase Racewear. Is it worth anything? -- Wbabjb

A: Honestly, it's probably worth about what you paid for it. There have to be special circumstances for souvenir apparel to appreciate in value, such as it being a special limited production item, a piece that is very old, a driver who may have passed away, a first victory commemorative, etc.

Q: I have Kevin Harvick's hood from his car when he crashed while testing at Atlanta Motor Speedway this year. Do you have any idea what the value is? -- Ryan

A: I consulted my "go to guy" on sheet metal, Wayne Keith of Just For Fun Collectibles in Lexington, NC. Wayne says the value of your hood is $750-800.
