Roush team takes top four spots in qualifying

FONTANA, Calif. -- Carl Edwards led a four-car Roush Racing sweep of the top four positions Saturday in Bud Pole Qualifying for Sunday's Sony HD 500 at California Speedway.

It was Edwards' first Nextel Cup pole, as he edged teammates Mark Martin, Kurt Busch and Greg Biffle as all four Fords exceeded 184 mph. The only other car to do that was Jimmie Johnson's No. 48 Chevrolet.
