During every Nextel Cup race throughout the season, TrackPass fans can listen to the in-car audio for ten of the top drivers -- but now there is a new twist.

Each week, fans will now have an opportunity to vote in the 11th driver, inspiring grassroots support and viral marketing for their favorite driver's in-car audio feed.

Case in point: Through their efforts on his QuickestLap message board, the Dave Blaney "Blaniac" fans edged out Carl Edwards for the 11th driver position for this weekend's race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

"I'm pretty lucky to have some really passionate fans," Blaney said. "They call themselves 'Blaniacs' and that's not an understatement.

"It's pretty cool to think that one group of fans -- my fans in particular -- have the power to sway the TrackPass vote so they can listen to our in-car audio this weekend at Bristol.

"They're definitely going to have a lot of fun listening in on what's sure to be some interesting conversations between myself, Philippe (Lopez) and my spotter Mike Dillon. It's Bristol. That says it all."

Fans can also follow Blaney's on-track activity through TrackPass, a paid content service on NASCAR.COM that has provided hundreds of thousands of fans live track coverage of Nextel Cup Series and Busch Series events.

It features PitCommand, an innovative, live streaming GPS telemetry application that tracks the position of all 43 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series cars in real-time in addition to showing RPM, throttle and brake usage, time behind leader, fastest lap speed and time, and a driver's current lap speed and time.
