NASCAR Book Club launched with benefits

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- NASCAR fans are constantly wanting to get their hands on the latest and greatest reading material that will satisfy their desire to keep up with the sport they are so passionate about. There's a new way for them to accomplish just that, and at the same time, get closer than ever to NASCAR.

NASCAR, in conjunction with the Official NASCAR Members Club, has announced the launch of the NASCAR Library Collection Book Club. The new club, the first of its kind for NASCAR, provides premium benefits on NASCAR Library Collection titles.

The NASCAR Library Collection Book Club is exclusive to members of the Official NASCAR Members Club (ONMC). The club offers such rewards as advance access to autograph appearances with authors, provides opportunities to participate in online chats with authors and other book club members, and distributes advance notices and ordering opportunities for upcoming tiles, as well as early excerpts of books prior to release. Book club members will also receive a 10 percent discount on book purchases through the NASCAR.COM Superstore.

The ONMC has emerged as the organization that gets fans closest to the sport and the new book club will be a terrific complement for it."

The ONMC was launched in February and is a subscription-based membership organization that enables fans to get closer to the sport and experience NASCAR like never before. Through exclusive discounts on NASCAR merchandise and the opportunity for a VIP experience at the track, the ONMC is the fastest-growing fan club organization within NASCAR, as nearly 600 Local Chapters in all 50 states have been established.

Fans can join the ONMC and NASCAR Library Collection Book Club by visiting NASCAR.com and clicking on "Members Club." Current ONMC members will be given the opportunity to join the NASCAR Library Collection Book Club through a direct mail sign-up form.
