Setzer totally dominant in Milwaukee victory

From the early laps Friday at Milwaukee, it was clear that Dennis Setzer was not going to be denied. When the smoke cleared, Setzer had his third win of the year and only four trucks had lead-lap finishes in the Toyota Tundra 200.

It's Setzer's second consecutive win and 10th of his NCTS career.
