Lap 213: UNSCHEDULED PIT STOP -- Denny Hamlin heads to pit road after complaining of a vibration.

Lap 203: LEAD CHANGE -- Jimmie Johnson gets the lead back from Greg Biffle.

Lap 200: LEAD CHANGE -- Greg Biffle has passed Jimmie Johnson for the lead.

Lap 200: GREEN FLAG -- Jimmie Johnson leads while Kyle Busch starts at the end of the longest line (28th) after speeding on pit road.

Lap 196: PIT STOPS -- Greg Biffle takes four tires; Tony Stewart says he's a little loose; Jimmie Johnson takes four and an adjustment and wins the race off of pit road. This puts these teams at the edge of their fuel window. Some teams may try to go the rest of the way.

Lap 181: CAUTION/LEAD CHANGE -- Ryan Newman gets loose in Turn 2. Teammate Kurt Busch is the Lucky Dog.

Meanwhile, Carl Edwards has been warned about his restarts and Jimmie Johnson appears to have taken the lead just before the moment of caution.

Lap 174: PIT STOPS -- Mark Martin wants no changes. Tony Stewart wants none, as well. Leader Jimmie Johnson says his car is loose early in the run, so he gets a slight air pressure adjustment. Meanwhile, Kyle Busch wants more grip so he can charge the corner, so he gets four tires and a chassis adjustment.

Carl Edwards, with a two-tire stop, takes the lead.

Lap 173: CAUTION -- Clint Bowyer gets loose in Turn 3 while running second. He smacks the wall, causing heavy damage. He's out of contention.

Lap 167: LEAD CHANGE -- Jimmie Johnson (four tires) passed Clint Bowyer (two tires) for the lead.

Lap 166: Look out for Kevin Harvick. Since making adjustments on his last stop, Harvick has gained nine spots, to 18th.

Lap 164: Jimmie Johnson is now second -- and gaining on leader Clint Bowyer.

Lap 160: Dale Jarrett gets loose right about Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Lap 159: LEAD CHANGE -- Clint Bowyer takes the lead back from Jeff Burton.

Lap 158: LEAD CHANGE -- Teammate Jeff Burton takes the lead - -and five points.

Lap 157: GREEN FLAG -- Clint Bowyer leads.

Lap 152: CAUTION -- Insult is added to injury for Denny Hamlin, who got too high off of Turn 4 and spun. He was caught speeding on pit road during the previous caution.

Kevin Harvick is the Lucky Dog while Clint Bowyer still leads.

Lap 150: GREEN FLAG -- Clint Bowyer leads.

Lap 147: PIT STOPS/LEAD CHANGE -- Jeff Gordon gets tires, few adjustments; Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets the hole in the front of his car patched, wedge and air pressure adjustments. Jimmie Johnson and Kyle Busch get four tires while Jeff Burton got two. Clint Bowyer wins the race off of pit road after taking two tires.

Greg Biffle also got two tires, as did Kurt Busch. Meanwhile, Denny Hamlin was penalized for too fast entering and exiting pit road. Martin Truex Jr. and Scott Riggs were also nailed for speeding on pit road.

Lap 146: PIT STOPS -- Matt Kenseth in for adjustments to loosen the car.

Lap 145: CAUTION -- Matt Kenseth has spun off of four, taking Elliott Sadler with him. Not much damage to either machine.

Lap 142: Clint Bowyer takes second from Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Lap 139: Matt Yocum says Dale Earnhardt Jr. did run over something, putting a hole in the front of the car.

Lap 137: GREEN FLAG -- Kyle Busch leads Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Lap 136: Kevin Harvick comes out of the pits in 34th.

Lap 135: PIT STOPS -- Matt Kenseth is back on pit road to try and correct their racecar. Kevin Harvick also back in for adjustments. Kenseth is 26th while Harvick is 29th.

Lap 134: HALFWAY -- Matt Kenseth makes a stop under the caution. The team is still wondering what happened to the car.

Lap 132: CAUTION -- Jamie McMurray hits the wall hard in Turn 3. It appears he just got loose on the bottom of the racetrack.

Lap 129: GREEN-FLAG STOPS COMPLETE -- Kyle Busch leads again.

Lap 127: Jimmie Johnson's team will make wedge adjustments on both sides. Jeff Burton also in for an air pressure adjustment.

Lap 126: Green-flag stops continue as Jeff Gordon wants to be freer in the center of the corner. Mark Martin and Kyle Busch also in for a fresh set of tires.

Lap 125: Dale Earnhardt Jr. comes in to adjust his tight car and get some debris off of his grill that he had been complaining about. Meanwhile, Carl Edwards is coming in.

Lap 124: Kasey Kahne is in. He says his car is getting tight.

Lap 123: Green flag stops continue as Greg Biffle and Scott Riggs come in for tires.

Lap 121: GREEN-FLAG PIT STOPS BEGIN -- Kevin Harvick leads the brigade for four tires and major adjustments; ditto for Matt Kenseth. Kenseth thinks something is wrong with the car.

Lap 63: LEAD CHANGE -- Travis Kvapil has stopped, giving the lead to Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Lap 61: PIT STOPS/LEAD CHANGE -- Mark Martin wants no adjustments, just four tires; Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets a small air pressure adjustment and four tires -- and wins the race off of pit road. However, Travis Kvapil did not stop, so he's the race leader.

Lap 21: CAUTION -- Reed Sorenson hits the wall after a tire goes down. He's off to the garage despite having a fast car all weekend. Sorenson told NBC in the garage than he doesn't know what happened to the car.

Lap 19: GREEN FLAG -- Jimmie Johnson leads. Meanwhile, Jeff Burton says to his crew he doesn't believe his No. 31 Chevy has any damage.

Lap 17: PIT STOP -- Kevin Harvick and Jeff Gordon get some fresh tires.

Lap 15: CAUTION -- Ryan Newman gets too high on the racetrack and goes around, in front of Jeff Burton, Jeff Gordon and Kevin Harvick. Burton may have gotten a piece of Newman while Gordon and Harvick escape.

Lap 14: GREEN FLAG/ LEAD CHANGE -- Ryan Newman, who did not pit, took the green in front, but he was quickly passed by both Jimmie Johnson and Kasey Kahne. Johnson leads.

Lap 12: PIT STOPS -- Air pressure adjustment for Dale Earnhardt Jr., Two tires for Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne and Matt Kenseth. Meanwhile, Jamie McMurray hit the grass on the Turn 4 end of pit road and Joe Nemechek has hit the wall on pit road.

Lap 10: CAUTION -- Robby Gordon has spun coming off of Turn 4. Looks like Gordon just got a bit too high on the racetrack.

Lap 1: Kasey Kahne leads the first lap -- and gets five bonus points.

2:22 p.m.: GREEN FLAG -- Polesitter Kasey Kahne leads the field.

2:12 p.m. -- We're two minutes past the scheduled green flag time while Jackie Joyner-Kersee and George Lopez (?!) give the command.

2:07 p.m. -- Heartland performs the national anthem. Rough in the beginning, better at the end.

1:57 p.m. -- In "Wally's World," Jackie Joyner-Kersee says she's a big NASCAR fan thanks to her husband. She also called Wally "a great driver."

1:46 p.m. -- Mark Martin: "I've been mad more times this year than I have any year of my career."

1:31 p.m. -- NBC is on the air, and Bill Weber hits us with this:

"Sometimes you have to wait for the past to catch up with the present before you can get a glimpse of the future."
