NASCAR memorabilia collectors often have questions about the items they've accumulated. Here are our responses to some of your most recent inquiries:

Q: I have a model car I am curious about. It is the No. 12 Bobby Allison Coca-Cola Chevrolet. My dad bought me the model when I was 10 years old. We put it together and painted just like the car Bobby drove. My dad had bought two of these. I still have one never opened. He thought I might mess up and need another 1:24 scale model. Also, inside was order form that you could order a wind breaker jacket like the one Bobby wore. I have two of these jackets like new. Do you know what these four things are worth? -- Mike Hudson

A: Mike, somewhere there is a model collector reading this question and foaming at the mouth. I love these vintage model kits, and the No. 12 Coke machine from AMT is an all-time great. The unbuilt kit is worth quite a bit: $100-150. In the realm of model collecting, building a kit actually detracts from the value substantially. So the built model is worth $50-75. I remember those Coke windbreakers very well. I usually hate to think of apparel as being collectible. But, man, you just have to in this case. The era. The driver. The collectibility of anything Coke. I'd value the windbreakers at $35-50 each. And a big time Coca-Cola collector might pay much more. Thanks for appreciating the sport's history enough to keep these items.

Q: I have the ticket stub where my dad and I attended the 1975 Daytona 500. Back then the tickets were only $10. It's quite plain considering tickets of today with holograms and stuff. It's only a pinkish color with black writing. It's in very good condition. How much is it worth? -- Cathy Mosteller

A: It will no doubt go up in value over the coming decades, but right now the value is in the $8-12 range.

Q: What is the price for a complete set of Petty Fan Appreciation Tour Cars for his last year of racing. A different car for was made for each race. -- James

A: This was an awesome concept, but these Racing Champions cars were way overproduced. Still, they hold their value pretty well. Each car is worth $10-12.

Q: I have two folders made from sheets of TRAKS cards. I think they are from '92. I can't find anything anywhere about them. Are they common?-Sam

A: Sam, I've never personally seen folders like this. My guess is they may have been covers for some type of TRAKS press kit. If that is the case, they are probably worth $5-10.

Q: I have three NASCAR membership pins dated 1952, 1953 and 1954. Were they sold or given to NASCAR drivers? Any idea what they might be worth? -- Jerry

A: These pins were given to all NASCAR members. Some bore designations like "Driver" and "Mechanic." Other bore no designation and were given to the general membership. If your pins carry no such designation other than the date, they are likely worth $30-40 each

Q: I have a box with AC Racing '95 collectable AC Spark Plugs and Race Card Set with Individual Plugs and cards.. It also includes the complete 1994 collector card set( I believe these to be the driver info and stat cards for this set, not sure as they are unopened.) The plugs and cards are limited edition 1 of 5000 . The cards include No. 3 GM Goodwrench, No. 5 Kellogg's, No. 10 Tide, No. 42 Coors, No. 22 MBNA, No. 25 Budweiser, No. 4 Kodak, and No. 24 Dupont. Each one has a spark plug that says AC '95. If you could give me any idea as to what I have, and why its so hard to find any info about these I would be grateful. -- Joanne

A: A super set of cards here. I would place the value in the $40-60 range.

Q: I have a numbered limited edition collectible tin. It's the No. 24. The tin contains two decks of playing cards in a collectors tin. All in original box and unopened. The bottom of the box says 2000 JG Motorsports, Inc. What is the value? -- Aloice

A: This set of playing cards was made by U.S. Playing Cards. The current value is in the $10-15 range.

Q: I was wondering how much a 1994 Dale Earnhardt commerative cereal box is worth? -- Neal

A: It depends on which cereal and what box. It is most likely a Kellogg's Corn Flakes box, judging by the year. If it is the 1994 box commemorating the 1993 championship, the value would be $60-75. The 1995 box commemorating the 1994 title would be worth $35-50.

Q: I have a complete set of the Franklin Mint Richard Petty cars. What do you think they are worth? -- RSBajanr

A: Those cars usually all hold about the same value-somewhere in the $125-150 range.

Q: I have an Earnhardt K2 Bank car with a plum top in the original box. I am curious about the current value of this 1: 24th scale bank. -- Aces Big 0

A: I get a lot of questions about the pink K2 car, but never the bank. The bank-made by Action--is actually worth a bit less than the standard die-cast car. The value of the bank is $75-100.
