Q: I have a Traks 1991 premier edition race card of Dale Earnhardt and also Jeff Gordon showing Earnhardt,s record for 1975 thru 1990 and Gordon's 1990 record. Are they worth anything?--Joan Kirchoff

A: The Gordon card is one of the all time greats. I'd place the value at $30-35 with plenty of room to grow. The Earnhardt card is worth $3-5.
Q: I have a set of 1990 Pro Set cards: 143 cards plus 37 legends cards. How much is that worth? I also have a 1991 Traks set 200 in set. Is it worth anything?
One more: I have a 1993 Maxx Rookie of the Year Jeff Gordon card #No. 16 of 16. How much would that be worth?-Jim
A: The Pro Set is probably worth a maximum of $20-25. The Traks set should be worth $40-50, with the Gordon card mentioned above accounting for most of that value. The Gordon card was actually released in '94. It's worth about $10.
Q: I have a full set of Richard Petty Pro Set Racing cards and a full set of Richard Petty TRAKS cards in mint condition and was wondering what they are worth?--Trina
A: Both are worth less than $10 per set.
Q: I have an 8-oz Coca Cola bottle still with the soda in it. It has the 1999 racing family and a picture of Dale Earnhardt on it--no signature on it though. I was wondering if it was worth anything.--Anita Blanton
A: This is a bottle worth hanging onto. It should already be worth $12-20.
Q: I have two unopened cans of Davey Allison Chili in excellent condition. Any idea what they are worth today?-Bill
A: Bill, no matter how hungry you get, don't eat them. These are great collectibles. They actually came out right before Davey's death, and the Charlotte (NC) Observer actually had a flyer for them in its coupon section the week after Allison died. It was one of those things that just slipped through. I'd place the value of your chili at $20-30 per can.
Q: I have a 2007 DuPont Motosports No. 24 hat signed by Jeff Gordon, Jeff Meendering (his car chief), and Mike Helton (NASCAR president). Do you have any idea of it's relative value?--R68Walter
A: I'd place the value at $50-65.
Q: I am an avid Dale Earnhardt Sr and Jr collector. I have a set of six Dale Earnhardt metal trading cards. The set starts with his 1979 rookie card, and the picture on the card is at Daytona. The other five cards are of his first 5 championships: 1980, 1986, 1987, 1990, 1991. All six cards are stamped with an ID number (1605). The cards were put out by Card Dynamics and manufactured exclusively for Double Eagle Racing Collectibles. The cards were made in 1993 and are licensed by Sports Image, inc. If you have any idea how much these cards are worth if anything I would love to know.--Joseph Anderson
A: These card brought real big money once upon a time. There were 5000 sets produced. A full set in excellent to mint condition is worth $60-75
Q: I have a signed Bill Elliott telephone. It is in its original box, and the decals have not been applied. What is its value?-Chris
A: With the autograph, I think this phone should be worth $50-60.
Q: I found this item years ago and picked it up to save but have never been able to find a price. It is a set of five 24-k gold 1:64 cars in a metal collectors tin. It is one of 7500 and also has the American flag to go with the cars, which are: No. 4 Bobby Hamiliton Navy, No. 25 Jerry Nadeau C.G., No. 28 Ricky Rudd Marines, No. 31 Mike Skinner- Army, No. 88 Dale Jarrett-USAF. On the tin it say's Lowe's May 28, 2000. Any help you could give would be great. -Paul
A: This is a pretty pricey little set of car, Paul. They're worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $100.
Q: I have a black vinyl binder (small in size 81/2x6 in.) The cover says "Earnhardt The Next Generation." It contains a 5x7 of Dale, Sr. and three children: Dale, Jr., Kelley, and Kerry. Three smaller pictures (Sr. with each child) were purchased with meal deals in a promotion from Western Steer Steakhouses in 1995. The larger photo and binder was purchased with form supplied from promo. All photos are holographic. I wonder if you could help me with a value for this item. I have searched for info with little luck.--Ruth Freeman
A: This is an awesome card. I used to see these sell for around $100. The price has dropped as the collectibles market softened a bit. I've heard of them selling for a little as $20. I don't care; I still think this is a $60-75 set-and probably still worth $100 to the right Earnhardt fan.
