1. What's the one thing you've learned about yourself in the past year?
Riggs: The biggest thing that I feel like I've learned since last year is being able to focus on my driving alone and make sure I don't overdrive the racecar. I think a lot of times I was overdriving the racecar, trying to make up for what the race car was doing on the track and then that kept me from giving the right and correct feedback back to the team to make the car better.

2. What's the best piece of advice you've ever gotten, and who was it from?
Riggs: I don't really know who gave me the best advice. I think Bobby Labonte, when I was in the Busch Series, told me that "don't let one week, if something negative happens, carry over to the next week -- and don't let the long season keep bringing you down. Just continue to have confidence in yourself."
That was something that was very good advice but it was something that almost had to be learned. I could hear that in the back of my head, him telling me that, but I still had to experience it to understand what he meant by that.
3. What was the last video you rented?
Riggs: The last video I saw was Travis Pastrana's stunts.
4. What was your first job?
Riggs: My first job was working at a day care center. I worked at a day care center after school. I kept kids from 3 [p.m.] until 6 [p.m.], three hours a day.
5. Who's the one athlete outside of racing that you most admire?
Riggs: There's not one. You always have to admire the champions: Tiger Woods in golf, Michael Jordan when it comes to basketball, Tom Brady when it comes to football. All the guys who are at the top of their sport that seem to be able to master being a champion and not just a winner.
6. What's the one thing you do that drives your wife crazy?
Riggs: Have racing on the brain 24 hours a day.
7. If you chould choose someone to play you in a movie, who would it be?
Riggs: Me, hopefully. I don't think there's anybody who could play me any better than me.
8. If you could sneak into a short track somewhere and race unannounced, where would it be?
Riggs: I would go back to my home track where I grew up, Orange County Speedway, and just go back there and race against some of those guys that I raced with that are still racing there, still striving to get a good opportunity. I'd love to go back there and race with those guys and let them know how good a job they do of what they do.
9. What's your favorite road to drive?
Riggs: Probably just out in the country near my house. In Bahama, there's a bunch of long, winding roads. Especially on my motorcycle, doing about 45 miles an hour and cruising through the countryside. That's the best way.
10. Duke, Carolina, State or Wake?
Riggs: I just pull for them all, whenever they're playing anyone else. When they're playing each other, I just sit and watch. I love the rivalries. It seems like we always have a team in there somewhere.
