1. What was the best advice you ever received and who was it from?
Leffler: It was probably from my dad. It was just "work hard at whatever you do." I think I inherited his work ethic. He worked in oil fields, I drive racecars, so he had it a little tougher than I did.

2. What was your first car?
Leffler: I had a Ford Dually. A black one. It wasn't really my car, it belonged to my mom and dad. I towed the racecar trailer around with it. I ended up crashing it into the back of a semi. It was a good truck but it kind of got wiped out at the end.
3. What's the best Christmas present you've ever received?
Leffler: That's kind of a hard one. I was kind of spoiled as a kid so I always got everything I wanted, so it's hard to pick out one in particular. Christmas has always been good for us. It seems like the older you get, the less fun it is.
4. What's your favorite meal?
Leffler: Probably spaghetti and meat sauce. Good old-fashioned spaghetti and meat sauce. You can't go wrong with that.
5. What's on the top of your "things to accomplish" list?
Leffler: Professionally, it would be to win a Busch championship or at least win a Cup race so I can call my career good. Personally, I've got a beautiful wife and a baby boy on the way, so there's not much left there.
6. Who would you choose to play you in a movie?
Leffler: That's a hard question. I'd choose a short, red-headed actor but none come to mind right now.
7. Who do you feel has had the most impact on your life?
Leffler: My dad did early on. Professionally, there's a list that started with my good friend, Larry Howard. Parnelli Jones, Tony Stewart and my wife, Allison -- she's been very supportive. But early on, it was my mom and dad that were very influential.
8. What's the last book you read?
Leffler: You know, right now I'm reading Running Scared, which is a book about Steven Wynn. It's kind of about his career. Pretty interesting.
9. What's your favorite sport outside of racing?
Leffler: I get asked that a lot. My favorite sport outside of racing is another form of racing. I just love all types of racing, whether it's Formula One, motorcycles, Indy-cars, sprint cars, especially. I'm not a big sports fan outside of it. I'll watch the Super Bowl and the NBA Playoffs, but that's it.
10. What was your favorite subject in school?
Leffler: Math. I learned more when I got out of school about math working on my racecar than I did in school.
