1. What's the best advice you ever received, and who was it from?
David Stremme: Probably from my dad. He said, Dick Trickle used to always say, 'In order to finish first, first you must finish.' That's always been pretty big. But there's always been so much advice from a lot of guys, you sometimes forget where it all comes from.
2. What was your first car?
Stremme: My first car was a 1979 Ford van that I drove around. It was pretty cool. We'd pack a bunch of friends in there and go out and do different things, like go to racetracks.

3. What was the last concert you attended?
Stremme: It had to be Brooks and Dunn.
4. What's your favorite meal?
Stremme: My favorite meal would have to be spaghetti. I love spaghetti. I eat it quite a bit.
5. If you could trade places with someone for a day, who would it be?
Stremme: Nobody. I enjoy what I do.
6. What's your favorite vacation spot?
Stremme: Probably just being at a racetrack somewhere. I don't go out to the beach, I don't do different things. I have a race team of my own. I go out with the team, race and have fun.
7. What was the last thing you added to your personal music player?
Stremme: Gosh, I've added a lot. A lot of different things. Probably Soulja Boy.
8. What's your favorite video game?
Stremme: I don't really have a lot of time to play video games. I know I got a new X-Box. We played the new Halo 3 and that was pretty cool. I'll probably end up getting that game.
9. What was your first apartment like?
Stremme: I lived above a garage. I was driving for this guy and we ended up in a little apartment up there. I'd go down and work on the racecar. It was pretty cool because I could work on the car all night and then just go right upstairs. I didn't get a lot of sleep, either. We'd spend more time in the garage than I did there.
10. What's your favorite sport outside of racing?
Stremme: I like football, the NFL. It's a lot of fun watching that. I've got a lot of respect for those guys. The strategies. I've started watching some hockey here. That seems pretty cool. It's amazing how they set up and there's so much that goes into it. Physically, they're constantly going so it's pretty cool.
