It's typically the 1.5-mile tracks that Jack Roush-owned cars succeed at the most, but at 1-mile Phoenix International Raceway, Roush Fenway Racing has been anything but dry in the desert.

Of the 10 Busch Series races held at the track, Roush Fenway cars have won four of them.

Jeff Burton's victory in 2000 was in a Roush-owned Ford, followed by Greg Biffle's win in 2001. The past two fall races at PIR have been won by Carl Edwards and Matt Kenseth.

Biffle won this race in 2005, but he was driving a Brewco Motorsports Ford when he led 112 of the 200 laps to get the victory. And although Biffle is a Roush driver in the Cup Series, he'll be with that same Brewco team for Friday's Bashas' Supermarkets 200 (9 p.m. ET, ESPN2) in the No. 37 Ford.

Interesting Fact

409Laps led by Greg Biffle at Phoenix, more than any other driver. His total is more than twice that of Matt Kenseth (173), who is second on the all-time list.

Fun Fact

3Men in the ESPN2 broadcast booth who came from the same town and attended the same high school. Dale Jarrett, Andy Petree and Jerry Punch graduated from Newton-Conover High School in Newton, N.C. The three will broadcast the Busch Series race on Friday.
