Blue Ox to be sponsor for Green in duel race

KANNAPOLIS, N.C. -- Haas CNC Racing announced Monday that Blue Ox Products will serve as the primary sponsor of its No. 66 Nextel Cup car, driven by Jeff Green, in the Gatorade Duel 150 qualifying race at Daytona International Speedway.

Blue Ox, of Pender, Neb., is a leading manufacturer of recreational vehicle and towing industry supplies and accessories.

"We are thrilled to have Blue Ox on board as primary sponsor for the Gatorade Duel 150," said Carl Cline, Haas CNC Racing spokesman. "Blue Ox has been a valued partner of Haas for several years now and we hope this one-race sponsorship will lead to more opportunities with this great company in the future."

The race will mark the second time Blue Ox has been the primary sponsor of a Haas Racing entry. Blue Ox appeared on the hood and quarterpanels of Johnny Sauter's No. 00 Haas CNC Racing Chevrolet in the Busch Series race this past March at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Green rolls off in the 14th-starting position during the first race of the Gatorade Duel 150s.
