Realtree camo gear coming soon to NASCAR retailers

CONCORD, N.C. -- In a move likely to open the sporting goods and outdoor retail channels to NASCAR licensing, Motorsports Authentics, the leader in the design, promotion, marketing and distribution of licensed motorsports merchandise, announced Monday an agreement with Realtree Camouflage to become the worldwide exclusive licensee for all NASCAR and racing-related products using the popular Realtree camo patterns and other intellectual property.

As part of the new multi-year deal, Motorsports Authentics will have the exclusive rights to the Realtree camo patterns and trademarks for any and all NASCAR-related merchandise. Product categories included in the deal range from soft goods and apparel to hard goods and novelties.

"The best thing about the partnership between MA and Realtree is that it gives NASCAR fans more of what they want, which we've found out over the last 10 years is Realtree camo," said Bill Jordan, founder and president of Realtree. "This partnership is going to allow us to build upon Realtree's long-term success with camo NASCAR-related products by offering more goods to more people who love the outdoors and the great sport of NASCAR."

Motorsports Authentics plans to produce a variety of NASCAR camo products including apparel, headwear, automotive accessories, Action Racing Collectibles die-cast, furnishings, home improvement hard goods, holiday novelties and hunting, fishing and camping supplies and equipment. Fans can look for the Realtree Collection by Chase Outdoors and the Realtree Collection by Winner's Circle at their favorite retailers including MA Authorized Dealers, trackside, sporting goods and outdoor specialty stores along with mass retailers nationwide.

NASCAR's Team Realtree includes many of the sports top drivers including Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne and Martin Truex Jr. Its history in the sport is quite extensive as well as Realtree was the primary sponsor of Dave Marcis, associate sponsor of Dale Earnhardt, and now sponsor of Kevin Harvick and Richard Childress Racing.
