• Denny Hamlin improves three spots and comes off seventh.

Lap 226 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 8: Clint Bowyer spins off Turn 2 and backs into the wall. He heads straight to the garage.

Lap 218 -- After green-flag pit stops, Jeff Gordon holds a 0.984-second lead.

Lap 215 -- LEAD CHANGE: Bobby Labonte leads when Clint Bowyer pits. Denny Hamlin also stops with J.J. Yeley and Greg Biffle

Lap 214 -- LEAD CHANGE: Clint Bowyer is the leader when Dale Earnhardt Jr. makes his stop for four tires. Kasey Kahne pits to make his car tighter. Tony Stewart is in as well.

Lap 213 -- LEAD CHANGE: Dale Earnhardt Jr. leads as Mark Martin makes his stop. Kyle Busch and Carl Edwards make their stops.

Lap 212 -- LEAD CHANGE: Mark Martin inherits the lead as Jeff Gordon hits pit road for four tires and fuel. Jeff Burton follows suit.

Lap 211 -- Jimmie Johnson is on pit road to begin green-flag pit stops. He gets four tires and fuel. Robby Gordon is also pitting.

Lap 204 -- Jeff Gordon's lead is now 3.168 seconds over teammate Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 182 -- Kyle Busch says he may have a tire going down. After restarting fourth, he is now running 12th.

Lap 176 -- GREEN FLAG: Jeff Gordon gets the racing under way again.

Lap 173 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 7: Paul Menard spins coming out of Turn 4 and has slight damage to the left-front from a scrape on the wall.

Lap 171 -- Jeff Burton is running third but concerned about battery problems.

Lap 161 -- After green-flag pit stops are completed, Jeff Gordon has a 4.617-second lead.
