The Craftsman Truck Series is at Memphis Motorsports Park this week for the O'Reilly 200 (8:30 p.m. ET Sat., SPEED).
The series has raced at the three-quarter-mile track 10 times, once a year since 1998. The past two winners, Jack Sprague and Travis Kvapil, are the only drivers with two Memphis victories.
Coincidentally, both did so with different manufacturers: Sprague won in a Chevrolet in 2000 and in a Toyota in 2006; Kvapil drove a Chevrolet in 2002 and a Ford last year.
1Career wins for Brandon Whitt, who started from the pole in 2005 and gave Toyota its first victory at Memphis. Whitt finished the year with two top-fives, five top-10s and two poles. He's since made only one more series start.
2Drivers to have started all 10 races at Memphis: Terry Cook and Rick Crawford. Each driver has only one top-five there. Cook has had two top-10s since finishing second in 2002 and four overall. Crawford hasn't had a top-10 since his third one in '02, but since has twice finished 11th.
3Poles at Memphis for Jack Sprague, most of any driver. He has led all but five of his series-high 288 laps led at the track from the three pole starts including 133 in 2006, the most of any winner. The other five laps led came in his victory in 2000, the fewest of any winner.
4Wins at Memphis for Chevrolet, more than any other manufacturer. However, Chevrolet hasn't won there since 2002. Ford was the only other manufacturer to post a win there in the first five races. Ford, Dodge and Toyota each have two wins at Memphis.
5Consecutive top-10s at Memphis for Matt Crafton, the longest current streak. Crafton has six top-10s in seven starts, but only one top-five -- he finished third in 2006.
6Combined starts at Memphis for Johnny Benson and Todd Bodine, who are 1-2, respectively, in points. They are the only drivers in the top 10 in points not to have led a lap at Memphis. Benson has two top-10s; Bodine posted his first top-10 last year.
7Average starting and finishing positions at Memphis for Ron Hornaday. He has started in the top five in four of five races there; he has one win, three top-fives and four top-10s.
8Lead-lap finishes at Memphis for Dennis Setzer, most of any driver. Setzer also leads all drivers with seven top-fives and eight top-10s. Last year's 19th-place finish is the only time he hasn't finished on the lead lap or posted a top-10.
9Times the winner at Memphis has started in the top five. Three winners have started from the pole; four winners have started third. Travis Kvapil started 10th last year, the only time the winner didn't start in the top five.
10Lead changes in last year's race, matching the track high from 2003. Travis Kvapil was the only driver to lead in both, with a race-low two laps led in '03 and a race-high 66 laps led last year. Just four drivers took turns exchanging the lead last year, which set the mark for the fewest cautions with four.
