BDR adds teenager Malson to stable for 2009 season

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Fresh off a top-10 finish in his rookie season in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, 19-year-old Tayler Malsam has signed with Bill Davis Racing to pilot a fourth Toyota Tundra in the Camping World Truck Series in 2009.

BDR has 24 wins, 97 top-five finishes and 156 top-10s in the past five seasons. Team driver Johnny Benson leads the point standings with two races remaining. Teammate Mike Skinner is sixth in points. Scott Speed also is a member of the BDR team.

In preparation for the 2009 season, Malsam will attend this week's event in Phoenix with the team in anticipation of making his first start for BDR at the 2008 series season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
