Lap 321 -- Travis Kvapil is racing Denny Hamlin to stay on the lead lap and it's allowed Kyle Busch to catch Hamlin's rear bumper.

Lap 309 -- Kyle Busch has caught Denny Hamlin and trails by just 0.6 seconds.

Lap 28 -- Kasey Kahne uses the outside line to pass Reed Sorenson for fourth.

Lap 26 -- Denny Hamlin is now out front by two seconds on Mark Martin.

7:36 p.m. -- "The Commandant's Own" Marine Drum and Bugle Corps perform the national anthem.

7:35 p.m. -- Reverend Joe Ellison from Essex Village Community Church delivers the Invocation.

7 p.m. -- FOX's pre-race coverage has started.

6:55 p.m. -- Jeff Gordon will start the Crown Royal 400 from the rear of the field due to an ignition change.

6:53 p.m. -- The sun is shining at Richmond International Raceway, but for how long? Right now it's 79 degrees under partly cloudy skies but there is a threat of isolated thunderstorms around 10 p.m.
