Gordon to appear in the Monster Mile Club at Dover

DOVER, Del. -- Four-time Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon will appear in the Monster Mile Club at Dover International Speedway on Sunday, May 31. The Monster Mile Club, an all-inclusive pre-race hospitality option at Dover, is consistently a fan favorite and provides exclusive entertainment, an all-you-can-eat buffet and beverages, and much more for race fans on the morning of the race.

Gordon, driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet, is a four-time winner at Dover and currently sits atop the Cup point standings following four races this season. Gordon finished in the top 10 in both Dover races in 2008 and is always a threat to win on the one-mile, high-banked concrete oval.

Gordon will participate in a hosted question-and-answer session for those in attendance in the Monster Mile Club. A ticket to the Monster Mile Club also includes a trackside tour on the frontstretch of the track as teams prepare for race day, live entertainment, a special Dover souvenir gift, a souvenir program, interactive games and more.

Admission to the Monster Mile Club costs $99 and can be added to any Cup race ticket. Fans are encouraged to add this option to their race day ticket soon as the Monster Mile Club typically sells out.

The Monster Mile Club opens at 8 a.m. ET on Sunday, May 31 with a continental breakfast. Trackside tours begin at 8:30 a.m. ET and the hosted question and answer session with Jeff Gordon will follow later in the morning. An all-you-can-eat lunch will be served at 11 a.m. ET prior to the start of the 400-mile Cup Series race, scheduled to take the green flag at 2 p.m. ET.
