Of the drivers entered in this week's Nationwide Series race at The Milwaukee Mile, five have won there before. For some, it was their first series win, for others their last and for yet another his one and only. Then there's Carl Edwards, the defending race winner.

1Career wins for Aric Almirola. In his only series start at Milwaukee, Almirola started from the pole and led 107 laps in the No. 20 car of Joe Gibbs Racing. He's entered in Curtis Key's No. 40 Chevrolet this week.
2Career wins for Casey Atwood, the first coming at Milwaukee in 1999. In four other starts at The Mile, Atwood hasn't finished better than 19th. His last start there came in 2004.
6Top-fives for Jason Keller including the last of his 10 career series victories in 2003. Keller leads all drivers in top-fives and in top-10s with nine including the past two races.
14.8Average finish for Ron Hornaday, whose victory at Milwaukee in 2004 is his last in the series. Hornaday made eight consecutive starts beginning in 2000 and has nine overall, with three top-fives and five top-10s. However, he hasn't finished better than 15th since his win and crashed out after 56 laps in his last start there in 2007. He's entered this week in Kevin Harvick Inc.'s No. 33 Chevrolet.
150Laps led by Carl Edwards in the past two races, more than any other driver. Edwards led a race-high 123 laps in 2007 before finishing eighth; he rallied in '08 to win, leading 27 laps in the latter stages of the race.

In addition, Milwaukee represents the first series win for Buckshot Jones (1996), the only win for Paul Menard (2006) and the last series win for Johnny Sauter (2005). In the series' 18-race history at the track, Greg Biffle is the only multiple winner, having won back-to-back in 2001 and '02.

Coverage of the NorthernTool.com 250 (Entry List | Ticketsexternal link) begins at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday on ESPN2.

2Consecutive top-10s at Milwaukee for Wisconsin native Scott Wimmer including a runner-up finish in 2007. Both came in RCR's No. 29 Chevrolet. He'll drive the No. 5 Chevrolet of JR Motorsports this week.
3Top-10s for Tony Raines in six starts. His other three finishes have been 21st or worse. Raines, racing full time in the series this year, hasn't made a start at Milwaukee since 2005.
6Drivers to finish on the lead lap in 2001, fewest since the series returned to Milwaukee in 1993.
20.0Average place of finish for Kyle Busch in two starts, his last coming in 2006 when he finished 24th. Busch finished 16th in 2004. In both races he finished two laps off the lead.
145Laps led by Brad Keselowski in last year's race, his only start at Milwaukee. Keselowski started on the pole and dominated the first half of the race before Joey Logano literally knocked him from the lead. Keselowski finished eighth.

THE LEFFLER WATCH

New to By the Numbers this week is a spotlight of Jason Leffler, who currently rides a nine-race, top-10 streak in the No. 38 Toyota of Braun Racing.

3Consecutive top-10s for Leffler at Milwaukee the past three years including top-fives in 2006 and '07, all in the No. 38 car. He finished 15th each time in two previous starts there.

THE WOW FACTOR

11Starting position for Carl Edwards in last year's race, the farthest back of any winner since 1996. Eight races during that span have been won from a top-three starting position including five from the pole.

THE SUPER LOOPER

4Drivers with a Percentage of Quality Passes at 100.0 at Milwaukee: Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski, Jason Leffler and Joey Logano. Of that group Leffler is the only driver with more than one start during that time. He has made three since 2005.
