Lap 180 -- Jeff Gordon has caught the bumper of Denny Hamlin for fourth.

Lap 173 -- Kasey Kahne has slipped to 10th.

Lap 170 -- Juan Montoya has fallen to ninth. Kasey Kahne is challenging Carl Edwards for sixth.

Lap 166 -- John Andretti and Sam Hornish Jr. top off on fuel.

Lap 165 -- Jeff Gordon passes Juan Montoya for fifth. The top-four of Greg Biffle, Mark Martin, Jimmie Johnson and Denny Hamlin have put some distance on the rest of the field.

Lap 163 -- Tony Stewart has fallen to 10th. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has slipped to 16th.

Lap 161 -- Juan Montoya, Jeff Gordon and Kasey Kahne are three-wide for fifth.

Lap 158 -- Kyle Busch is on the move on the outside and is up to 13th.

Lap 157 -- Denny Hamlin spun the tires on the restart and fell four positions.

Lap 149 -- Jimmie Johnson leads by 1.4-seconds in front of Greg Biffle with green-flag stops upcoming.

Lap 145 -- Juan Montoya and Carl Edwards among the drivers in the top 10 unhappy with their cars.

Lap 143 -- Denny Hamlin passes Juan Montoya for fourth. Third-place Mark Martin is having to switch between two batteries.

Lap 141 -- Matt Kenseth on pit road for an unscheduled stop and he goes a lap down.

Lap 139 -- Jimmie Johnson leads by 1.8 seconds. Dale Earnhardt Jr. isn't happy with his car and wants changes on their final pit stop. Junior currently runs 13th.

Lap 131 -- Jeff Gordon and Carl Edwards go around Kurt Busch for seventh and eighth.

Lap 130 -- Mark Martin rockets by Juan Montoya for third.

Lap 128 -- Tony Stewart down to seventh after the restart.

Lap 127 -- Mark Martin up to fourth after passing Kurt Busch.

Lap 126 -- Scott Speed has taken his No. 82 Toyota to the garage.

Lap 114 -- Kasey Kahne gives up his top-10 position and makes his pit stop. Matt Kenseth also pits.

Lap 113 -- Marcos Ambrose is on pit road beginning another round of green-flag stops.

Lap 4 -- Officials are looking at the possibility of smoke coming out of Jeff Gordon's car. He's worked his way up to 32nd.

Lap 3 -- Tony Stewart has worked his way to ninth.

Lap 2 -- Jimmie Johnson up to second as Brian Vickers struggles to get up to speed.

Lap 1 -- Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch and Brian Vickers make it three wide on the start but Kyle Busch pulls away and leads the first lap.

2:20 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: For the third time this season, Brian Vickers brings the field to the green and the LifeLock 400 is under way.

2:12 p.m. -- The cars are rolling off pit road and will take three warm-up laps.

2:07 p.m. -- Kid Rock delivers the command: "Gentlemen, start your engines!"

2:01 p.m. -- The Army Chorus A Cappella Team perform the national anthem.

2 p.m. -- Father Geoff Rose delivers the Invocation.

1:58 p.m. -- Amy Rivard performs the Canadian national anthem.

1:53 p.m. -- Jeff Gordon will move to the rear of the field when the green drops due to crashing in practice. Sam Hornish Jr. and Joe Nemechek also will move to the rear due to engine changes.
