Lap 32 -- Pit road is closed but Carl Edwards comes to his stall anyway to fix his rear wing.

2:58 p.m. -- YELLOW FLAG: The cars have been restarted and are back under caution ending the red flag at 24 minutes.

Lap 31 -- RED FLAG (2:34 p.m.) -- Four race cars are stuck on the track in Turn 3 so the red is out to clean up the track.

Lap 31 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: Big crash in Turn 3 on the restart with Joey Logano flipping on the track. Robby Gordon, Martin Truex Jr. and Reed Sorenson also involved. Joe Nemechek gets the free pass. Logano gets bumped by Tony Stewart, after Logano bumped Bobby Labonte, which sent Logano into the grass and then sliding back up the track.

Lap 28 -- LEAD CHANGE: David Gilliland doesn't pit and leads earning five bonus points. Dave Blaney also stayed out.

Lap 27 -- Most of the lead-lap cars hit pit road.

Lap 7 -- A.J. Allmendinger, Sam Hornish Jr. and Kevin Harvick in a great battle for 14th.

Lap 4 -- Mark Martin struggling on the track and has fallen to 18th.

Lap 2 -- Ryan Newman jumps up to second after passing Juan Montoya.

Lap 1 -- Jimmie Johnson gets a great start and leads the first lap.

2:17 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: Jimmie Johnson brings the field to the green and the AAA 400 is under way.

2:14 p.m. -- There will be a competition caution at Lap 25.

2:11 p.m. -- The cars are rolling off the track for three warm-up laps.

2:09 p.m. -- Sgt. Major John Jones gives the command: "Gentlemen, start your engines!"

2:01 p.m. -- Country group Trailer Choir performs the national anthem.

2:00 p.m. -- Pastor Dan Schafer gives the Invocation.

1:48 p.m. -- Three drivers are going to the rear due to an engine change: Elliott Sadler (34th), Clint Bowyer (eighth) and Tony Raines (42nd).

1 p.m. -- NASCAR Countdown is under way on ABC.

12:50 p.m. ET -- A heavy rain fell last night and this morning at Dover International Speedway washing all the rubber built up on the track. The good news is the radar looks clear and the race should start on time. It's currently 71 degrees under cloudy skies. There is a moderate chance for rain in the early evening. Jimmie Johnson will bring the field to the green in the AAA 400 at 2:15 p.m. ET.
