Carl Edwards, driver of the No. 99 Roush-Fenway Racing Ford, answers this week's pop culture questions.

1. Who was your favorite A-Team character, B.A. Baracus (Mr. T), Faceman or Murdock?

Edwards: Oh Mr. T. for sure, I didn't even know there were other characters. I thought it was the Mr. T show.

2. Name one cover song you enjoy more than the original.

Mr. T
Edwards may have thought the "A-team" was really the Mr. T. show. Apparently he never watched "I Pity the Fool" on TV Land.

Edwards: I like [Spiderbait's] new version of Black Betty. They distort it a little bit and it's a cool video.

3. Are you a dog or cat person?

Edwards: Dog.

4. Name one thing you hate to do on your honey-do list.

Edwards: Folding clothes, done!

5. If you could ask BP CEO Tony Hayward one question what would it be?

Edwards: What has he learned that he could apply and tell the other folks in the same business that might make things less likely to become problematic in the future?

6. Explain one of your most embarrassing moments at, on or nearby a race track.

Edwards: That would be crashing the Daytona Prototype car in Montreal before the race started last year. I don't know if you saw that, but it was bad.

We were doing recon laps or warm-up laps. Marcos Ambrose and I had gone testing. All of these guys had driven up to Montreal. Owner Kevin Doran [of Doran Racing] was all pumped up because Carl Edwards, you know, is driving his race car and I wrecked it way down in the hairpin and destroyed the car just getting up to speed.

I walked into the pits and they're like, 'Where is the car, what's going on'? That is the smallest I've felt at a race track.
