1963: Emanuel Zervakis, the Golden Greek, makes his final NASCAR start, finishing last in the 41-car field of the Southern 500 at Darlington. Zervakis starts 83 races in seven seasons. Both of his wins come in 1961 when he finishes third in the standings.
