Justin Lofton, driver of the No. 7 Red Horse Racing Toyota, answers this week's pop culture questions.

1. Something we'd be surprised to know about you.

Lofton: In 2001, I was the champion in Downhill Slalom.

Mighty Mouse / Dell Comics
Justin Lofton rocked the Mighty Mouse costume on Halloween.

2. Any exciting offseason plans or projects?

Lofton: I will be hosting a charity golf tournament in my hometown in California on Jan. 22. I am very excited about it. All of the proceeds will benefit the local Boys and Girls Club. After the tournament, we're going to have an awards ceremony, a dinner, and my friend Tim Dugger is going to perform a few songs.

It's going to be a lot of fun. Anyone can come out. I'll have more information on my website in the next few weeks and we set up a Facebook page with updates.

3. Does it annoy you that the stores put Christmas decorations on sale this early?

Lofton: What took so long? I love Christmas!

4. Recall your favorite Halloween costume.

Lofton: Mighty Mouse.

5. If money grew on trees ...

Lofton: I would be racing in the Sprint Cup Series.

6. Favorite TV show?

Lofton: Family Guy, because it comes on about the time I'm going to sleep.
