STATESVILLE, N.C. -- Dave Blaney will be in the driver's seat next week at Atlanta Motor Speedway, taking the wheel of the No. 38 Ford for Front Row Motorsports. Blaney will practice and attempt to qualify the car for the Emory Healthcare 500, a race that the No. 38 team must make on speed.
Blaney has 350 starts in his 13-year Cup career. The Atlanta event will be his first time driving for Bob Jenkins' Front Row Motorsports.
Front Row also fields entries driven by Travis Kvapil and David Gilliland. The third Cup Series entry was driven in the past two race events by Tony Raines, who is still with the team.
