Hornaday earns Truck pole at AMS; Busch on outside

Ron Hornaday won the pole for the E-Z-GO 200 with a lap of 31.195 seconds (177.721 mph) around 1.54-mile Atlanta Motor Speedway, his third overall in 10 races at the track.

Kyle Busch (second) posted his first top-10 start of 2010 and his sixth in six races at Atlanta.

Austin Dillon (fifth) was the fastest qualifying rookie.

• Ron Hornaday posted his 24th career pole in his 252nd career race. He ranks third all time.
• Ron Hornaday has eight wins from the pole.
