Lap 204 -- CHECKERED FLAG: This time, Denny Hamlin was on the right side of the white flag. A multi-car wreck on the final lap couldn't prevent Hamlin from winning at Pocono for the fourth time in his career, and for the fourth time this season. Two late incidents added to the excitement.
Lap 203 -- WHITE FLAG: Denny Hamlin holds the lead ahead of Kyle Busch.
Lap 202 -- GREEN FLAG NO. 1: Denny Hamlin leads the field to green for the sixth, green-white-checkered finish of the season. Kevin Harvick is all over the track, trying to fight for third. Kyle Busch moves into second.
Lap 200 -- We're into overtime at Pocono as cars pace the track under caution speeds.
Lap 199 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 7: As Denny Hamlin approached the finish line, Joey Logano -- running in the top five -- spins and fights to save the car after Kevin Harvick gets into Logano's rear.
Lap 198 -- With two to go, Denny Hamlin has a 2.1 second lead over Tony Stewart. Joey Logano is charging up to fourth.
Lap 196 -- Kyle Busch is 3.6 seconds behind the leader. Jimmie Johnson moves into eighth.
Lap 194 -- Denny Hamlin continues to soak up clean air as teammate Kyle Busch fights for second with Tony Stewart.
Lap 192 -- Denny Hamlin is driving away from the field, 2.3 seconds ahead of Tony Stewart in second. Juan Montoya loses two spots, down to eighth.
Lap 190 -- Tony Stewart takes back second, passing Sam Hornish Jr. out of the Tunnel Turn. Kyle Busch has moved into fourth.
Lap 189 -- LEAD CHANGE: Denny Hamlin finds the front and has led more than anyone today. Sam Hornish Jr. reports he'll make a move later in the race.
Lap 188 -- Sam Hornish Jr. last pitted at Lap 160 but he and team think they're good on fuel.
Lap 187 -- Joey Logano is in the top five, passing Juan Montoya.
Lap 186 -- Denny Hamlin is back into second, passing Tony Stewart in the straightaway.
Lap 185 -- Tony Stewart is trying to close the gap on Sam Hornish Jr. as David Stremme finds the wall, damaging his right-rear quarter panel.
Lap 184 -- Kyle Busch races back up to fourth, passing Juan Montoya. Sam Hornish Jr. runs his fastest lap of the race.
Lap 182 -- Denny Hamlin finds third, behind Tony Stewart.
Lap 181 -- Drivers are getting more aggressive, running three-wide and fighting for the lead. Clint Bowyer is up to 11th.
Lap 180 -- Kyle Busch slides up the track but saves the car and holds fifth spot.
Lap 179 -- GREEN FLAG: Sam Hornish Jr. leads the field to green from the outside. Tony Stewart tries to make a move from third. Denny Hamlin is making a charge into fourth.
Lap 178 -- Jimmie Johnson took four tires on a pit stop as strategy plays a key role at this point in the race.
Lap 177 -- The story now points to fuel as teams contemplate a green-white-checkered scenario. Kasey Kahne moves up four spots after a pit stop and settles into 19th.
Lap 175 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 6: Debris in Turn 3 after David Reutimann cuts a tire while making contact with Jeff Burton. Tony Stewart moves around Kurt Busch for third. Brad Keselowski gets the free pass.
Lap 173 -- Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch started outside the top 10 during the restart but have found positions nine and 10 as we approach 25 laps to go.
Lap 172 -- LEAD CHANGE: Sam Hornish Jr. passes Kurt Busch and earns the lead. Juan Montoya jumps into third.
Lap 171 -- GREEN FLAG: Kurt Busch leads the field to green, followed by Sam Hornish Jr. on the inside. Tony Stewart takes the restart from third, Juan Montoya from fourth. Denny Hamlin is on the move.
Lap 169 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kurt Busch stays off of pit road and finds the lead.
Lap 168 -- The caution opens the door for leaders to pit. Jimmie Johnson pits, takes fuel, no tires. Kevin Harvick gets fuel only. Denny Hamlin makes the call: fuel only. Kyle Busch edges his teammate off of pit road.
Lap 167 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 5: Jamie McMurray is into the wall after David Ragan slid up the track and into the No. 1.
Lap 165 -- LEAD CHANGE: Denny Hamlin takes the lead back from Kyle Busch. Joey Logano races on the bottom and takes the fifth position.
Lap 164 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch leads the field to green from the outside with his teammate Denny Hamlin rounding out the front row. Busch dives to the bottom but Hamlin finds the front.
Lap 164 -- Matt Kenseth pits to top off fuel and is on his way.
Lap 163 -- Martin Truex Jr. finds the top 10 and will start from the eighth position when the field returns to green.
Lap 162 -- Debris continues to be cleared from the track. Casey Mears reports the right side of his car is "beat all to hell."
Lap 160 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kyle Busch finds the front.
Lap 159 -- GREEN FLAG: Denny Hamlin leads the field to green, followed by Kyle Busch on the outside and Jimmie Johnson, behind Hamlin. Nine drivers took the wave around. YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Casey Mears has the right side of his car banged up after touching Elliott Sadler.
Lap 157 -- Thirsty cars are full again, making fuel less of a factor as we approach 40 laps to go.
Lap 156 -- Jimmie Johnson pits, gets four tires and fuel plus a chassis adjustment. Kevin Harvick slides to a stop, gets an air adjustment. Denny Hamlin is too tight, loosens up the car and wins the race off of pit road. Kyle Busch picks up a few spots.
Lap 155 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Debris on the Long Pond straightaway. Kurt Busch gets the free pass. Pit road is open.
Lap 154 -- Kurt Busch and the Blue Deuce go a lap down as Denny Hamlin makes the pass.
Lap 151 -- Most crew chiefs monitoring their cars running in the top 10 are thinking they're a few laps short of fuel to go the distance. The main exception? Denny Hamlin and team.
Lap 150 -- Jeff Gordon is pleased with earlier adjustments made on pit road and is posting one of the fastest lap times on the track.
Lap 148 -- Crew chiefs are starting to become concerned with the valve springs in their engines, considering the lack of cautions, which allows the cars to run at lower revolutions during the yellow flag.
Lap 147 -- Only two cautions for six laps have been called at this point.
Lap 145 -- Denny Hamlin is the only man in the top four who has been told to conserve fuel at this point. No other drivers in the top five have had a similar conversation with their crew chiefs.
Lap 143 -- Martin Truex Jr. is in 12th, up 15 spots from the start of the race.
Lap 142 -- Kurt Busch, running in 24th, is the last car racing on the lead lap. Brad Keselowski is sliding up the track but saves the car, keeping it out of the wall.
Lap 140 -- Kyle Busch began on the pole, didn't like his car much early on but is finding some momentum as the race progresses.
Lap 139 -- Jeff Burton is running in fifth, 8.3 seconds behind the front.
Lap 138 -- Jimmie Johnson finds the second spot, passing Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick. Johnson started the race in 25th, had problems on pit road earlier in the race and now finds himself 5.6 seconds behind the top spot.
Lap 137 -- Brad Keselowski goes two laps down as Denny Hamlin passes on the inside.
Lap 134 -- Jimmie Johnson is giving Kevin Harvick a hard time for second as Kyle Busch finds the fourth spot, followed by Jeff Burton in fifth.
Lap 132 -- Matt Kenseth pits, gets four tires. Kyle Busch says he is losing time into Turn 1 and gets a wedge adjustment. Denny Hamlin retains the lead. Jimmie Johnson has a good pit stop and picks up a few positions and is now running in third.
Lap 131 -- Kevin Harvick pits, says the car is free, gets air and tires. Jeff Burton gets an air adjustment. Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets a chassis adjustment. Denny Hamlin pits.
Lap 130 -- Twenty-two cars are on the lead lap as Regan Smith goes a lap down.
Lap 129 -- Leaders should be making their trips to pit road under green very soon.
Lap 127 -- Kyle Busch settles into third, just behind Kevin Harvick who just misses the wall into the turn. Harvick reports his tire pressure is decreasing.
Lap 126 -- Denny Hamlin continues to lead with 75 laps to go.
Lap 122 -- Sam Hornish Jr. is loose into Turn 1 and tight coming out. Tony Stewart can't find the top 10 today, running currently in 15th.
Lap 121 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. reports a snug car and doesn't want it any tighter. Greg Biffle is running in 12th and flopping back and forth between a car that is too tight, then loose. Martin Truex Jr. is loose into the corners. Juan Montoya got a break under caution, making up spots but wanting more forward bite.
Lap 118 -- Denny Hamlin continues to show the way. Kevin Harvick says the No. 29 is too free and running sideways. Jeff Burton reports a loose car. Jimmie Johnson, in fifth, doesn't feel the car is giving him the bite he's looking for. Kasey Kahne wants an air adjustment. Clint Bowyer has faded to seventh with a loose car and getting worse. A.J. Allmendinger is running in eighth and wants some food on his next pit stop. Joey Logano reports a loose car under the sun. Jeff Gordon reports a loose car and said something is wrong with the track bar.
Lap 116 -- Joey Logano finds the ninth position, passing Jeff Gordon who rounds out the top 10.
Lap 114 -- Clint Bowyer has lost a lot of balance in his car after clipping the wall a couple of laps earlier and drops back to sixth.
Lap 113 -- Ryan Newman is in danger of dropping out of the top 12 in the standings, running in the 20th position.
Lap 112 -- Jimmie Johnson has gained 20 spots since the start of the race. Johnson had the fastest time in two of the three practices leading up to the race and continues to run strong in fifth.
Lap 111 -- There have been five leaders, nine lead changes and two cautions. JGR and RCR are the only two organizations to have led the race under green up to this point.
Lap 110 -- Jimmie Johnson races into fifth, passing Clint Bowyer.
Lap 108 -- Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick race 1-2-3 into Turn 1.
Lap 107 -- Kyle Busch is back into second, pushing Denny Hamlin through the backstretch.
Lap 106 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kevin Harvick, who led his first lap ever at Pocono, gets loose into Turn 2 and Denny Hamlin takes advantage and races into the lead.
Lap 105 -- Denny Hamlin is on the rear of leader Kevin Harvick's car.
Lap 104 -- Jeff Gordon fights his car into Turn 1, running in ninth. Sam Hornish Jr. works on Mark Martin in the Tunnel Turn.
Lap 103 -- Jeff Burton charges into fourth, passing Clint Bowyer and Jimmie Johnson.
Lap 102 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kevin Harvick has a strong restart and takes the lead as Jimmie Johnson joins the part in fourth.
Lap 101 -- GREEN FLAG: JGR teammates Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin bring the field to green and go three-wide into Turn 1.
Lap 100 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kyle Busch finds the front at the halfway mark, followed by his teammate Denny Hamlin. Clint Bowyer is in third.
Lap 99 -- Drivers pit. Kasey Kahne is tight, goes harder on the splitter, gets four tires. Kevin Harvick gets air adjustment. Clint Bowyer gets significant wedge adjustment. Kyle Busch gets wedge adjustment, air in the tires and wins the race off of pit road.
Lap 97 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 2: Debris in the Tunnel Turn. Kyle Busch has closed the gap on Clint Bowyer. Jamie McMurray gets the free pass.
Lap 95 -- Jamie McMurray is in danger of going a lap down.
Lap 92 -- Jeff Burton passes Jeff Gordon for seventh and is closing in on Jimmie Johnson in sixth.
Lap 90 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. reports he wants his team to keep an eye on his front splitter braces, which seem to be bottoming out into the turns.
Lap 89 -- Jimmie Johnson wins the battle for sixth and passes Jeff Gordon. Kasey Kahne is holding onto the fifth spot, racing his Ford 16. 48 seconds behind the leader.
Lap 88 -- Teammates Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson are fighting for the sixth spot. Clint Bowyer is making his way through lapped traffic.
Lap 87 -- Kevin Harvick finds the fourth spot after starting 22nd.
Lap 85 -- Twenty-two cars are now on the lead lap.
Lap 84 -- Matt Kenseth refuses to let Clint Bowyer pass but Bowyer guns the car down the track, passes Kenseth and gets the all clear call over the radio.
Lap 83 -- Juan Montoya manages to stay on the lead lap after serving his penalty.
Lap 82 -- Matt Kenseth is in danger of going a lap down after serving a penalty earlier in the race during the first green-flag pit stop.
Lap 81 -- LEAD CHANGE: Clint Bowyer is back up front after his pit stop. Brad Keselowski missed a lug nut and returns to pit road and is in danger of going a lap down.
Lap 80 -- Juan Montoya will serve a penalty for going too fast on pit road. The mistake should put Montoya a lap down.
Lap 79 -- LEAD CHANGE: Denny Hamlin leads with Clint Bowyer heading to pit road. Kyle Busch gets a chassis adjustment and tires. Clint Bowyer is loose. Juan Montoya is too tight in the center, loose in the corner -- gets air adjustment.
Lap 78 -- Mark Martin and Regan Smith go a lap down. Kevin Harvick pits, gets air adjustment and is away. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has no grip, gets chassis adjustment.
Lap 76 -- It's been the Clint Bowyer Show up to this point and drivers are fast approaching their green-flag pit stops.
Lap 75 -- Juan Montoya moves down to ninth.
Lap 73 -- David Reutimann is trying to recover from an earlier scrape with the wall and is running in 31st. We're somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 laps before drivers make their way to pit road.
Lap 71 -- Jeff Gordon moves up to fourth, 10.5 seconds behind the leader. Kasey Kahne qualified eighth and moves up to sixth.
Lap 70 -- David Reutimann moves out of the way for Clint Bowyer and goes a lap down. Twenty-five cars are on the lead lap.
Lap 69 -- David Ragan goes a lap down, running in 27th. Clint Bowyer and his Chevrolet open up a lead of 2.5 seconds over Kyle Busch.
Lap 68 -- A.J. Allmendinger rounds out the top 10.
Lap 67 -- Elliott Sadler goes a lap down, passed by Clint Bowyer.
Lap 66 -- Due to the wind, pit crew members are cutting holes in their pit boards, making it easier for drivers to find their pits.
Lap 64 -- A handful of cars are out of the race. Kurt Busch is in danger of going a lap down after a pit-road miscue earlier in the race resulted in a drive-through penalty.
Lap 63 -- Jimmie Johnson races into the eighth position, passing Juan Montoya.
Lap 62 -- Kevin Conway goes another lap down, passed by Clint Bowyer on the inside.
Lap 60 -- Four of the five, top-five Ford cars are running the new Ford engine today. Kasey Kahne -- in seventh -- is not.
Lap 59 -- Paul Menard goes a lap down to to Clint Bowyer with 30 cars racing on the lead lap.
Lap 58 -- Kasey Kahne is driving his Ford in seventh with a lot of tape on the nose of the car.
Lap 56 -- Clint Bowyer continues to run his Chevrolet up front, leading the field by 1.9 seconds. Kevin Harvick picks up 17 positions and is in fifth. Jeff Burton ran more laps than anyone during yesterday's practice and claims the sixth spot.
Lap 53 -- Jimmie Johnson drops to 10th.
Lap 51 -- Jimmie Johnson has a slower than normal pit stop, loses 7 seconds to the leader after a lug nut falls off. Clint Bowyer leads..
Lap 49 -- Juan Montoya is leaving pit road.
Lap 47 -- Jimmie Johnson catches Juan Montoya and claims the seventh spot. David Reutimann pits with a tight car, gets new tires. Kurt Busch reports the car has major issues and considers a shock change. Tony Stewart pits, car is too free. Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets a host of adjustments. Jamie McMurray gets an air adjustment. Ryan Newman call his car "ugly loose." Leaders are coming to pit road.
Lap 46 -- Clint Bowyer has it working today, having earned the lead just about 10 laps before. Juan Montoya is hanging tough in seventh. Jimmie Johnson marches forward and into eighth. J.J. Yeley is headed to the garage.
Lap 44 -- Leader Clint Bowyer is racing 1.8 seconds ahead of Kyle Busch in second.
Lap 43 -- Tony Stewart drops back to 12th after starting sixth.
Lap 42 -- Matt Kenseth's star is getting loose. A.J. Allmendinger is just outside the top 10, racing the new Ford engine package.
Lap 41 -- Kevin Harvick wants an air pressure change. Jimmie Johnson took four tires and fuel under the first caution and continues to move up.
Lap 40 -- Juan Montoya is too loose out of Turn 1 as he maintains his position in fifth.
Lap 39 -- Kyle Busch is loose off of Turn 1 and losing grip. Denny Hamlin reports he is too tight into Turn 1. Jeff Gordon reports the car is loose, wants it tightened up.
Lap 38 -- LEAD CHANGE: Kyle Busch gives up the lead to Clint Bowyer, who clearly has the faster car at this point of the race.
Lap 37 -- Clint Bowyer has found Kyle Busch and is racing on the bumper of the leader.
Lap 36 -- Kyle Busch reaches 188 mph on the backstretch.
Lap 34 -- A.J. Allmendinger moves into 12th.
Lap 33 -- Clint Bowyer's last lap was quicker than race leader Kyle Busch.
Lap 32 -- Juan Montoya is holding his own in fifth. Kevin Harvick moves into seventh. RCRs Clint Bowyer started second and is back into second after passing Denny Hamlin.
Lap 30 -- Jimmie Johnson moves into ninth, passing Greg Biffle in 10th.
Lap 29 -- Jimmie Johnson finds the top 10, passes Dale Earnhardt. Jr.
Lap 28 -- Leader Kyle Busch is racing 1.84 seconds ahead of Denny Hamlin.
Lap 27 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. rounds out the top 10 and is fighting to keep his position ahead of Jimmie Johnson.
Lap 26 -- Greg Biffle makes up a lot of ground, races into eighth after starting 28th.
Lap 25 -- Martin Truex Jr. has moves up 10 spots to 17th. Jimmie Johnson is passing several race cars who were solidly in the top 10 during qualifying and moves up to 11th after starting 25th.
Lap 24 -- Matt Kenseth moves up to sixth after starting 15th. Kyle Busch widens his lead over Denny Hamlin.
Lap 23 -- Jeff Gordon moves up to fourth. Mark Martin gets aggressive, slides up the track but saves the car.
Lap 20 -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch leads the field to green with Denny Hamlin following close behind.
Lap 19 -- LEAD CHANGE: Bobby Labonte pits, Kyle Busch moves into the lead.
Lap 18 -- LEAD CHANGE: Bobby Labonte takes the lead.
Lap 17 -- Denny Hamlin brings the drivers down pit road. Kasey Kahne reports a tight car, gets four tires. Clint Bowyer gets an air pressure adjustment. Denny Hamlin is tight getting into the corner, calls for small adjustments, gets four tires. Kyle Busch appears to have won the race off of pit road.
Lap 15 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 1: A competition caution is under way. There will be no free pass to award. Most drivers will come to pit road.
Lap 14 -- Jeff Burton moves up five spots and into the eighth position.
Lap 13 -- Denny Hamlin opens up a 1 second lead over Kasey Kahne as driver's look ahead to a completion caution.
Lap 12 -- Juan Montoya is complaining his car is tight and getting worse every lap. Dale Earnhardt Jr. drops another spot, down to ninth.
Lap 11 -- Making his ninth start at Pocono, Denny Hamlin continues to show driver's the way, racing up front behind Kasey Kahne in second.
Lap 10 -- Kyle Busch drops back to fourth, followed by Tony Stewart in fifth. Dale Earnhardt Jr. drops down to eighth.
Lap 9 -- Kasey Kahne races into the second spot. Clint Bowyer maintains his position in third.
Lap 8 -- Denny Hamlin continues to lead as Joey Logano drops out of the top-10 into 11th.
Lap 7 -- Jeff Gordon moves up to sixth after starting in 10th.
Lap 6 -- Kasey Kahne moves up four spots and into the fourth position.
Lap 5 -- LEAD CHANGE: Denny Hamlin passes Kyle Busch and leads the field. Jeff Burton moves up three spots and into the top 10.
Lap 4 -- Joey Logano is racing for a spot just outside of the top 10. Denny Hamlin is attempting to make a move for the lead.
Lap 3 -- Kyle Busch has led the first two laps as Tony Stewart moves up two spots to fourth.
Lap 2 -- Denny Hamlin passes Clint Bowyer and moves into second, just behind his teammate Kyle Busch.
Lap 1 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. slides up the track but saves the car in the fifth position. Kyle Busch stays ahead of Clint Bowyer and leads the first lap.
3:07 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: Kyle Busch brings the field to the green as the 200-lap Gillette Fusion ProGlide 500 is under way.
2:59 p.m. -- There will be a competition caution at Lap 15. Drivers are leaving pit road and making their way on the track.
2:50 p.m. -- Winds are holding steady and drivers are back in their cars.
2:46 p.m. -- Crews are making their final inspections of the track and the green flag isn't far away. A small pot hole is being repaired with epoxy.
2:40 p.m. -- Drivers are suiting up and making their way back to their cars.
1:53 p.m. -- The rain has moved away from the track, the skies are blue and a small army of workers continue to dry the track. Reports show that it will take about 90 minutes.
1:45 p.m. -- Track workers are using backpack blowers to dry around the SAFER barriers.
1:41 p.m. -- The sun is poking through the clouds west of the track. Jet dryers are cranking up and making their first laps around the outside walls.
1:39 p.m. -- Blue skies can be seen off in the distance.
1:34 p.m. -- It's pouring at Pocono and raining sideways ...
1:25 p.m. -- Drivers are exiting their vehicles and hanging out near their respective pit boxes.
1:20 p.m. -- Cars got on the track and took a few pace laps, but threatening skies finally let loose with rain droplets and NASCAR has sent them back to pit road.
1:11 p.m. -- The cars are rolling off pit road for their warm-up laps.
1:07 p.m. -- Fans give the command for drivers to start their engines.
1:03 p.m. -- Clarke Luis performs the national anthem.
1:01 p.m. -- Monsignor Phil DeRea delivers the Invocation.
12:05 p.m. -- Everyone at Pocono has their fingers crossed, hoping that the rain continues to move just north of the track. Weather reports reflect a period of showers and thunderstorms between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. ET. The temperature remains steady at 74 degrees.
Noon -- TNT hits the track in high gear and begins its 2010 Cup Series six-week race coverage starting with the Gillette Fusion ProGlide 500 at Pocono.
11:15 a.m. ET -- It's a big day for racing at Pocono, as the Cup Series teams prepare to put it all on the line around the hanger-shaped oval in Long Pond. Green flag is set for 1:18 p.m. ET.
