Lap 200 -- CHECKERED FLAG: Greg Biffle wins the Sunoco Red Cross 500 ending a 64-race winless drought. Biffle said on the radio, "This one's for Jack!" Tony Stewart finishes second with Carl Edwards third.

Lap 199 -- WHITE FLAG: Greg Biffle takes the white flag.

Lap 198 -- Greg Biffle out front by 4.5 seconds. Tony Stewart giving it his all but running out of laps.

Lap 196 -- Jeff Gordon up to sixth after passing Mark Martin. Jeff Burton up to eighth as he passes Martin Truex Jr.

Lap 194 -- Denny Hamlin up to fifth. Mark Martin and Jeff Gordon both get around Sam Hornish Jr. for seventh and eighth.

Lap 192 -- Sam Hornish Jr.'s miraculous finish is starting to slip as he goes from second to fifth as Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick all get around him.

Lap 191 -- Kevin Harvick on the move as he is challenging Carl Edwards for fourth -- but time is running out for the No. 29.

Lap 190 -- Ten laps to go and Greg Biffle is out front by five seconds.

6:02 p.m. -- YELLOW FLAG: The track is dry, the jet dryers are off the track and we are going to try and get this race finished. The red flag lasted 18 minutes.

5:52 p.m. -- Officials around the track are saying it looks dry and ready to race. It looks like the race could get back under way soon.

Lap 177 -- RED FLAG: The cars are now on pit road but the drivers are to remain in the car. NASCAR is putting the jet dryers on the track and are trying to stay ahead of the rain.

Lap 175 -- Rain is falling at the track forcing NASCAR to continue running the race under a yellow flag.

Lap 171 -- LEAD CHANGE: Sam Hornish Jr. is the only car to stay out and he leads the race.

Lap 170 -- Pit road is open.

Lap 167 -- Clint Bowyer pits when pit road is closed but he had to fix the damage to his car after Kurt Busch hit him. Bowyer will restart at the tail end of the field.

Lap 165 -- YELLOW FLAG: The yellow is out and the cars are back rolling on the track. The red flag lasted 30 minutes.

5:18 p.m. -- The cars are being re-fired and the field will run a couple laps under caution to help dry the track.

5:15 p.m. -- The rain has stopped and NASCAR is planning on using the race field under caution to help dry the track.

5:13 p.m. -- Track officials are fixing the inside wall where Kurt Busch slammed into it so the race will remain red until that work is finished.

5:05 p.m. -- There is a light sprinkle falling at the track right now.

5:02 p.m. -- Elliott Sadler says he's OK and that he had the breath knocked out of him. He's unsure of what happened but whoever was behind him bumped into him when Sadler checked up for the Kurt Busch crash.

5 p.m. -- Elliott Sadler appears to be OK as word has come down that he will be released from the Infield Care Center.

4:55 p.m. -- Jimmie Johnson came on the radio and took responsibility for the crash saying he was trying to bump draft Kurt Busch.

4:49 p.m. -- RED FLAG: The red is out as debris litters the race track from the No. 2 and the No. 19, including the engine of Elliott Sadler's No. 19 Ford.

Lap 165 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 5: Kurt Busch spins after contact from Jimmie Johnson in the straightaway, gets together with Clint Bowyer and then the No. 2 spins and slams the wall. Elliott Sadler gets caught in the crash and destroys his car after running into the inside wall head-on. Sadler climbs out of his car but is hurt as he is lying down next to his car in obvious pain.

Lap 164 -- Kurt Busch, Clint Bowyer and Jimmie Johnson in a great battle for 10th.

Lap 163 -- A clean restart as Jeff Gordon maintains his lead. The top 10 are running single file.

Lap 162 -- GREEN FLAG: Jeff Gordon brings the field to the green.

Lap 161 -- The top 16 stayed out. Ryan Newman in 17th is the highest-running car that visited pit road. Kyle Busch on pit road for repairs.

Lap 159 -- Some of the lead-lap cars hit pit road. Ryan Newman in 15th the highest -running car to pit. Regan Smith, Jamie McMurray and Brad Keselowski stay out and climb up to 14th, 15th and 16th, respectively.

Lap 158 -- YELLOW FLAG NO. 4: Dale Earnhardt Jr. spins in Turn 1 bringing out the caution. Sam Hornish Jr. gets the free pass and is back on the lead lap.

Lap 157 -- Kevin Harvick passes Juan Montoya in the Short Chute for second.

Lap 155 -- A NASCAR official says he is getting a light sprinkle in Turn 3.

Lap 154 -- Jeff Gordon has the lead in hand as he clears Juan Montoya. Jimmie Johnson up to 10th. Kyle Busch now 22nd after restarting 25th.

Lap 153 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jeff Gordon hits the line by a nose. Denny Hamlin gets loose allowing Tony Stewart, Carl Edwards and Kevin Harvick to get around the No. 11 for third, fourth and fifth.

Lap 152 -- LEAD CHANGE: Juan Montoya beats Jeff Gordon to the line. Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Burton trying to work their way up to the front as they sit 11th and 12th.

Lap 151 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jeff Gordon just beats Juan Montoya to the stripe for the lead. Dale Earnhardt Jr. falling like a rock as he is down to fifth.

Lap 150 -- GREEN FLAG: Juan Montoya brings the field to the green.

Lap 149 -- Kyle Busch back on pit road as the No. 18 lost its radiator pan -- the debris that brought out the caution.

Lap 147 -- Kyle Busch with an extended stop and he will restart deep in the field. Brad Keselowski and Jamie McMurray are the wave-around cars and will be back on the lead lap. Elliott Sadler, Travis Kvapil, Reed Sorenson and Bobby Labonte also take the wave-around and are one lap down.

Lap 146 -- LEAD CHANGE: The lead-lap cars hit pit road and Juan Montoya stays out inheriting the lead.

Lap 141 -- Juan Montoya with an unexpected pit stop and he is close to going a lap down.

Lap 140 -- Jeff Burton up to seventh. Clint Bowyer up to ninth. Juan Montoya has fallen to 10th.

Lap 138 -- Denny Hamlin out to a 1.9-second lead.

Lap 136 -- Kevin Harvick is on fire as he passes Jimmie Johnson for third but Harvick says his water temperature is at 240 degrees.

Lap 135 -- Clint Bowyer has found the top 10 as he runs 10th.

Lap 134 -- The top five is single file but there is some great racing from 10th on back. Kurt Busch slammed the wall battling Martin Truex Jr. for 15th.

Lap 132 -- Kevin Harvick passes Greg Biffle for fourth. Kurt Busch, Martin Truex Jr. and Carl Edwards three-wide for 13th.

Lap 131 -- Kevin Harvick has worked his way to fifth. Jeff Burton down to ninth after being in the top five when he pitted.

Lap 129 -- Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon side-by-side for second. Matt Kenseth, Paul Menard, David Ragan, Scott Speed and Joey Logano all pit and remain on the lead lap.

Lap 128 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jeff Gordon passes Greg Biffle in Turn 2 but on the Short Chute, Denny Hamlin rocketed around Gordon for the lead.

Lap 127 -- Greg Biffle, Jeff Gordon and Denny Hamlin were three-wide into Turn 2 but Biffle maintains the lead.

Lap 125 -- Rain could become a factor as dark clouds are coming behind the grandstands and radar shows rain might be on the way.

Lap 123 -- LEAD CHANGE: Two-tire stop puts Greg Biffle out front. Matt Kenseth, Paul Menard, David Ragan, Regan Smith, Joey Logano and Scott Speed the wave-around cars and all six will be back on the lead lap. Travis Kvapil, Sam Hornish Jr., Jamie McMurray, Elliott Sadler and Reed Sorenson also wave-around but still off the lead lap.

Lap 119 -- Jimmie Johnson puts Dale Earnhardt Jr. a lap down as Jeff Gordon has caught the bumper of the No. 48.

Lap 118 -- Jeff Gordon has found some speed as he has cut Jimmie Johnson's lead to less than a second.

Lap 115 -- There are only three cars within 20 seconds of Jimmie Johnson: Jeff Gordon (-1.6 seconds), Denny Hamlin (-5.4 seconds) and Jeff Burton (-13.7 seconds).

Lap 114 -- Jimmie Johnson puts Matt Kenseth a lap down leaving just 19 cars on the lead lap.

Lap 106 -- Joey Logano too fast entering pit road and he will serve a pass-through penalty. Juan Montoya, Kurt Busch and Kyle Busch pit. Montoya with a chassis adjustment. Kurt Busch with a track bar adjustment.

Lap 105 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr., Joey Logano, Clint Bowyer and Greg Biffle and Paul Menard on pit road.

Lap 104 -- Jamie McMurray was too fast exiting pit road and he will serve a pass-through penalty falling two laps down.

Lap 103 -- Jamie McMurray on pit road beginning another round of green-flag stops.

Lap 101 -- Kevin Harvick methodically working his way to the front as he passes Kurt Busch for eighth.

Lap 100 -- The race is half completed and Jimmie Johnson is out front. Rain doesn't appear to be a factor the rest of the way so they should be able to run the entire race.

Lap 98 -- David Reutimann almost rear-ends Bobby Labonte.

Lap 96 -- Jeff Gordon and Denny Hamlin are the only two within 10 seconds of leader Jimmie Johnson.

Lap 94 -- Denny Hamlin continues to chip into Jimmie Johnson's lead. Hamlin now behind Johnson by 5.8 seconds.

Lap 92 -- Jimmie Johnson puts Joey Logano a lap down.

Lap 89 -- Jamie McMurray goes a lap down leaving 22 on the lead lap. Joey Logano is running 22nd.

Lap 87 -- The sun is shining bright causing the track to lose some grip making the cars a little loose.

Lap 86 -- Carl Edwards gets around teammate Greg Biffle for 11th.

Lap 85 -- Jimmie Johnson puts Paul Menard and David Ragan a lap down.

Lap 53 -- It gets worse for Elliott Sadler as a pit road violation means he will have to do a pass-through penalty.

Lap 37 -- Carl Edwards on the move as he passes A.J. Allmendinger for 12th.

Lap 36 -- Greg Biffle down to eighth on his two-tire stop. Matt Kenseth has fallen to 19th after taking just two tires.

Lap 35 -- Mark Martin completes the pass of Tony Stewart for sixth.

Lap 34 -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. gets a little loose in Turn 2 but saves it.

Lap 33 -- There is some great racing in the back of the field for position.

Lap 32 -- Denny Hamlin has caught fourth-place Juan Montoya and Mark Martin has closed the gap on sixth-place Tony Stewart.

Lap 30 -- P.J. Jones takes the No. 7 to the garage. The top five are running single-file with a lot of space between each car.

Lap 29 -- Greg Biffle down to eighth as Tony Stewart and Mark Martin get around the No. 16.

Lap 28 -- Jimmie Johnson has opened up a 1.5-second lead on Jeff Gordon. Landon Cassill takes the No. 09 to the garage.

Lap 27 -- David Reutimann, Clint Bowyer and Joey Logano in a great three-wide battle for 18th.

Lap 26 -- Mark Martin gets around Kyle Busch for eighth. Joe Nemechek and Dave Blaney take their cars to the garage.

Lap 25 -- Denny Hamlin passes Greg Biffle for fifth. Michael McDowell takes his No. 55 to the garage.

Lap 24 -- Matt Kenseth has dropped to 13th on his two new tires.

Lap 23 -- Greg Biffle down to fourth as Jeff Gordon and Jeff Burton get around him.

Lap 22 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jimmie Johnson passes Greg Biffle on the Long Pond Straight between 1 and 2 to take the lead. Greg Biffle is complaining about his car on the radio.

Lap 13 -- All four Roush cars are running together from 18th to 21st.

Lap 12 -- Sam Hornish Jr. desperate for the caution to come out as he has fallen to 31st.

Lap 11 -- Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson have a two-plus second cushion on third-place Tony Stewart.

Lap 10 -- Joey Logano down to 16th after Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Kyle Busch get around him.

Lap 9 -- Jeff Burton passes Juan Montoya for fourth. P.J. Jones is well off the pace.

Lap 8 -- The top nine have put a two-second differential between them and the rest of the field. Jeff Gordon still out front.

Lap 7 -- Ryan Newman gets around Mark Martin for seventh. Dale Earnhardt Jr. up to 15th after starting 20th.

Lap 6 -- Jimmie Johnson passes Tony Stewart in Turn 1 for second.

Lap 5 -- Penske teammates Sam Hornish Jr. and Brad Keselowski both going backward with Keselowski now 20th and Hornish 21st.

Lap 4 -- Jeff Burton up to fifth. Ryan Newman up to eighth.

Lap 3 -- LEAD CHANGE: Jeff Gordon drives right past Tony Stewart on the Long Pond Straight between 1 and 2 and leads.

Lap 2 -- Jimmie Johnson and Juan Montoya side-by-side for third.

Lap 1 -- Tony Stewart has a great start and leads. Jeff Gordon jumps to second.

1:54 p.m. -- GREEN FLAG: Rain bumped the start 36 minutes but the Sunoco Red Cross 500 is under way from Pocono.

1:52 p.m. -- There will be a competition caution at Lap 15.

1:50 p.m. -- Scott Speed and P.J. Jones will go to the back of the field for switching to back-up cars.

1:45 p.m. -- The drivers are rolling off pit road for three warm-up laps.

1:42 p.m. -- Four Generals give the command: "Gentlemen, start your engines!"

1:34 p.m. -- Drivers are being called back to their cars, the covers are coming off and the sun is out at Pocono.

1:21 p.m. -- Rain is now falling everywhere but Turn 1. Covers are being placed on the cars, which are still sitting on pit road and drivers are exiting their cars.

1:18 p.m. -- Brett Bodine, driver of the pace car, says parts of the track are getting worse in regards to wetness. Jet dryers remain on the track.

1:09 p.m. -- The command to start engines is on hold for a few minutes to allow the track to dry.

1:01 p.m. -- PGA golfer Clark Luis performs the national anthem.

1 p.m. -- Father Philip DeRae delivers the Invocation.

12:58 p.m. -- There is a small rain shower at Pocono Raceway and jet dryers are on the track.

Noon -- NASCAR Countdown is under way on ESPN2. The race will be shown at 1 p.m. on ESPN.

11:41 a.m. ET -- It's a cloudy day at Pocono Raceway for the Sunoco Red Cross 500. It's currently 68 degrees and there is a slight chance for thunderstorms all afternoon. Green is set for 1:18 p.m. ET with Tony Stewart on the pole.
