Getting there

From the North -- From Interstate 17, exit at 101 Freeway W. Take the 101 to I-10 Westbound and exit at Litchfield Road. Turn left on Litchfield, then turn right on Buckeye Road. After about a mile, take a left on Bullard Ave. and follow for two miles. Make a left on Vineyard Road and follow signs to the track.

From the Southwest -- Take Interstate 8 to Gila Bend and State Highway 85 N. Travel 30 miles north and turn right on Buckeye Road. Make a right on Estrella Mountain Parkway, then turn left on Vineyard Road and follow signs to the track.

From the Southeast -- From the I-10 corridor, exit at Riggs Road or Maricopa Road and head west to Beltline Road. Take Beltline until it becomes 51st Ave. Continue north on 51st to Buckeye Road. After about a mile, take a left on Bullard Ave. and follow for two miles. Make a left on Vineyard Road and follow signs to the track.

From the East -- I-10 W to Estrella Mountain Parkway exit. Turn left on Estrella, then turn left on Vineyard Road and follow signs to the track.

From the West -- Take I-10 to the Cotton Lane exit. Turn right on Cotton Lane and continue for four miles. Turn left on Buckeye and continue for two miles. Make a right on Estrella Mountain Parkway, then turn left on Vineyard Road and follow signs to the track.

There are many ways to get to the speedway, but all paths lead to Vineyard Road. A detailed map will help you find any alternate roads to get off Vineyard as soon as possible and cut over to the interstate you need to get home.

Parking and camping

All daily parking at PIR is free. Overnight parking is limited to the Estrella 3 parking lot. There is no camping in this lot.

Reserved RV spaces come with one tow vehicle pass. Any additional vehicles must park in general parking. Overnight parking is available at no cost in the Estrella 3 lot. Reserved RVs may enter through Gate 1. Unreserved RVs enter at Sun Lane, to the west of general parking.

Unreserved RV parking is $40 per vehicle. Extra vehicles must pay the fee or be left in Estrella 3 parking lot for overnight parking. Unreserved RV parking is first-come, first-served. No roping off or "saving" of spaces is allowed. RVs must exit the facility by noon the day following the race.

What to bring

• One soft-sided bag or cooler, no larger than 6x6x12 inches. Examples include: a soft-sided cooler, scanner bag, fanny pack, purse, diaper bag, binocular bag, etc. The cooler may contain ice.

• One clear plastic bag, no larger than 18x18x4 inches, to accommodate samples received and purchases made after fans have parked their cars. Clear plastic bags may not contain ice.

• Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or on the belt. Seat cushions carried separately are also allowed. Seat cushion bags with compartments will be reviewed on an individual basis

No alcohol or glass containers are allowed in the grandstands.
