20: The number of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races run at Martinsville Speedway since a Ford last went to Victory Lane. Kurt Busch won the fall race in 2002 in a Roush Racing Ford. Since then, Chevrolets have dominated the .526-mile short track, thanks largely to the efforts of Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and Tony Stewart, who together have posted 13 wins since Busch’s 2002 victory. Kevin Harvick and Ryan Newman have Chevy’s other two wins during the 20-race stretch. Denny Hamlin has accounted for all four Toyota triumphs, and Rusty Wallace won in a Dodge in the spring race of 2004.
