Today's NASCAR Number is 4.
4: The number of drivers since 1999 who have won consecutive NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at Bristol Motor Speedway. Rusty Wallace swept both races at the .533-mile short track in 2000. Kurt Busch did the same in 2003, and with his win in the spring race of 2004 became the first driver to win as many as three straight races at Bristol since Darrell Waltrip’s miraculous run of seven in a row (1981-1984). Kyle Busch swept Bristol in 2009 and followed that with consecutive wins in fall 2010 and spring 2011. Brad Keselowski, the most recent driver to accomplish back-to-back triumphs, was first to the checkered flag in the fall of 2011 and won again in the spring of 2012.
