Harold Holly has been involved in stock car racing since the age of 17. At 22, Holly started his first job as a professional mechanic in the Nextel Cup Series. Over the next 16 seasons, Holly worked in different capacities for several prestigious Cup teams including those of Alan Kulwicki and Michael Waltrip.
Holly got his first chance to serve as crew chief for Chad Little in 1996, with a team owned by Greg Pollex, and hasn't looked back since.
