Tony Eury's history with the Earnhardt family is checkered with success. He first helped the late Dale Earnhardt win Busch races at the same time he was capturing Cup checkered flags.
In 1997, Eury led Dale Earnhardt Inc. driver Steve Park to the Busch Series rookie of the year honors. He followed that up by guiding Dale Earnhardt Jr. to back-to-back Busch titles in 1998 and 1999.
Eury moved up to the Cup ranks with Dale Jr. in 2000 and has propelled Little E to 10 wins in the elite series, including the 2004 Daytona 500. | |
