Biography
Buckshot Jones faced the daunting task in 2001 of participating in Petty Enterprises’ switch from Pontiac to Dodge, in Dodge’s first year back in Winston Cup racing after a 20-year hiatus. The young Georgian took his lumps but in the end nearly doubled his previous career total of Winston Cup starts after making 30 of 36 races.
