Scott Riggs Scott Riggs earned his first career Busch Series win in only his eighth career start and then won again two weeks later. His eight top-five finishes secured him a tenth place finish in the standings and 2002 BGN Rookie of the Year honors. After struggling in the second half of the season, Riggs hopes to bounce back and contend for the 2003 championship.
