Joe Auer, owner of CEM, has been involved in sports for nearly 50 years and is best known as an outstanding pro football player. It was Auer who took the opening kickoff in the Miami Dolphins' first-ever game and returned it 95 yards for a touchdown. Not surprisingly, he became the Dolphins' first MVP. His pro career also included seasons with the Buffalo Bills and Atlanta Falcons. He has been involved in racing for more than 30 years. Auer also is owner and president of ICN, a highly successful global technology consulting/training firm, which he founded in 1975.
