1995: Jeff Gordon wins the Purolator 500 at Atlanta by .19 seconds over Bobby Labonte for his fourth career Cup victory. Gordon leads 250 laps, which is the ninth-most laps he has led in his 620 starts. The victory is one of seven in 1995 as Gordon wins his first of four Cup championships. Gordon has 83 career Cup wins, tying him with Cale Yarborough for fifth all time.
