1985: Ageless Ken Schrader, a mere 29 at the time, finishes 10th in the Valleydale 500 at Bristol for his first top-10 in the Cup Series. Schrader finishes 11 laps behind winner Dale Earnhardt and Ricky Rudd, the only cars on the lead lap. Schrader has started 735 Cup races during 27 seasons. He has four wins and three times has finished in the top five in points. He also has two wins in the Nationwide Series and one in the Truck Series. Schrader has made 950 starts in NASCAR's top three series. He has made two Cup starts so far in 2011.
