2006: Kurt Busch makes his first start in the Nationwide Series a memorable one, winning the O'Reilly 300 at Texas Motor Speedway. Busch wins by .266 seconds over second-place Greg Biffle in a green-white-checkered finish. Casey Mears finishes third. Busch has made 11 Nationwide starts, the most recent in 2007. He has two wins, seven top-fives, nine top-10s and has won two poles. Busch, the 2004 Cup champion, has 22 wins in the Cup series and four in the Truck Series.
